Canada- Exceptionally unfriendly front desk staff. - No room cleaning service provided during our 7 nights stay. No change of towels, no bed linen change, no refilling of disposable glasses/ tea/ coffee etc was provided. No breakfast was available even on achargeable basis. We were informed staff was on holiday. Every evening I had to go to the reception and request what was needed. - Booking.Com should provide a partial refund to me because we were informed the above services would be unavailable, at the time of checking in and not 3 months ago, when I made our reservation. - Considering our unhappy experience this was definitely our first and last stay at Sonesta Suites.

United StatesWe were informed of pet fee of $75 at check in. Extra charge was $91.30 with no explanation on credit card statement, and unfortunately I did not go by front desk to retrieve statement when we left early AM.
There was no breakfast offered at the rate we paid $193.89. Disappointing.

Vatican CityI didn't l it they said that my group would be together and we were way across the building from each other. They didn't have towels and wash clothes, so we had to wait, but once u been traveling 8 hours in a car, you wanted to take a shower. No one in my group shaved, and it was hair in the shower, where u can tell a man shaved. The pull-out couch had earrings in it and pride stickers.
The lady at front desk was not willing to help accommodate my room mess up until I said I was going to contact the manager. Because I wanted what I paid for.

United StatesThe front desk agent Sue was horrible, very rude and unprofessional. AC unit leaked so the rug was soaked. Dried food on the comforter, along with make up all over it. The elevator was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor which was a pain with luggage going up and down the steps. Overall very unhappy!

When I booked the hotel, the booking.com said breakfast was included. However, the hotel only sells breakfast. Booking.com should stop this fake advertising.
The facility, staff, location are all wonderful! I only complain because of the inaccurate information of booking.com
