I tried to get someone on the phone three times, before arriving two times, and once from the room, and every time I got this long annoying recording. then prompted to leave a message for a call back. I was never called back nor received a reply to my email the day before arriving.

The room was likely ready all day but the front desk wouldn't let us check in until 1pm even knowing we weren't staying over night just stopped in for a rest and a shower before going to another hotel over night on the other coast of Florida. So we had the room for 6 hours total.

Shower water control handle did not work properly and the drain in the shower was blocked with hair and I had to unclog while taking my shower. Absolutely gross!! Pulled out other people's hair, disgusting that housekeeping did not report to maintenance after prior guest leaving. It would be noticeable when cleaning the shower properly and noticing it didn't drain for a couple of minutes.

Location is very poor hidden behind a small shopping mall, very dated property toilet seat cracked, shower curtains were disgusting, could not check in at the time suggested from the on line booking, wi-fi not working, smell of bacon when you enter reception (no wonder the reception guy was in a back office until you rang a bell) the hotel looked like something out of a 70's finally the pool party noise was the final straw with loud music with lot's of whooping and shouting in the end we checked out and never stayed overnight.

My room had cob webs and we saw 2 cockroaches one in the shower. When we got into bed we couldn’t stop scratching our self very uncomfortable I don’t know if sheets were dirty or because of the mattress. Then the phone was not working so I had to go downstairs to front desk and told them what’s going on and he told me that’s most of the phones are not working and sorry about the room but didn’t do anything about it . When we check out we told the front desk person he said sorry and he’s new . All I can say this was very bad customer service.

Was mislead about a free shuttle service. The big factor of booking this hotel was to use a shuttle service to get us back and forth from the hotel to the airport. When we arrived we learned this was not the case and had to load lift application on to our phones to provide our travel to and from the airport. There is a shuttle you can call and take to spots within a small area. However this shuttle service is not provided by the hotel, it’s an independent small company and is based on the tips you provide to them. There is not a chart that tells you what the tip should be. So, you feel obligated to make a higher tip amount to them since this is not a service the hotel provides. Gas is way too expensive and everyone needs to earn money to live.

Very convenient to everywhere we needed to go for a wedding.

The fact that you get fresh popcorn all day is awesome sorry I love popcorn... The room is clean the beds are comfortable. You are 10 min ride from the beach. Also they offer transportation to go to siesta village the cost is just tip the driver. From the front office staff to the gentlemen who works the breakfast they are awesome and very nice we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much...Also there are restaurants close by walking distance.

This is a motel not a hotel. That should have been clear. Did not like the outside room. Parking was atrocious. The room was very small and very old. I won’t be staying there again. Not with the money.

at check out I wasn’t asked which and how was I paying the clerk assumed the card on file was for that purpose when I had specifically told the clerk at ck in I was using another card by the time I pulled out my CC he had ck me out I was so upset because he didn’t ask and nothing was being made on that card that ruined a almost perfect stay
