Whilst every effort had been made with the decor and facilities the quality of some of the workmanship was questionable. Loose, leaky shower fittings and non functional electrics.

Well situated modern property with good size rooms for NYC. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times.

Room excellent - in comparison (NYC) fairly spacious, apparently newly refurbished or built, spotless (unclear whether that is throughout whole hotel). Breakfast was above standard for NYC hotels of this category - scrambled and hard eggs, yoghurt, muesli, bagels, cream cheese, ... .

Size of the room (but again, given the price, I am content); breakfast is quite crowded (I had to take it to my room) and the breakfast is just so so.

Value for money; wonderful location; staff are quite friendly and helpful; given the size of the room I had (which is not big), it still has different sections with all I need and is clean; hotel staff helpfully helped me check in early and book a shuttle bus to the airport.

Check in was very late for early arrivals. Breakfast buffet was very crowded most of the time.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Lots of choices. It can get a bit crowded but we eventually found a seat. Staff were amazing on all counts! Front desk, concierge, luggage staff, everyone!

We had room with terrace unfortunately weather cold so we had to keep blind down at glazed door to terrace to keep the cold out. When breakfast busy there is no where to sit

Breakfast time can get very busy and you may struggle to get a seat if you want a sit down breakfast but it's great the hotel offer takeaway coffee and pastries so you can get straight out to explore the city.

Location was excellent. 10 minutes walk from Times Square and all the other midtown attractions. Room we had was fairly small but more than reasonable for the 5 nights we stayed. Hotel Facilities are good and the staff are really polite and helpful.

The heating/ac unit was broken and was VERY loud the first night of our stay. They were full and unable to move us. We did more the next night but had to sleep the first night with the heat off as it was SO loud - lots of vibrating noises. And, the hotel was aware as they had stuffed a bath towel around the until in the ceiling to try to muffle the sound.
