there were bugs in the room…..crawling in the bed, walls, carpet……the front desk told me they wouldn’t hurt anything the jacuzzi suite was crowded, television located in a chest in the way…..hard to see from the bed Breakfast was mediocre at the best

Everything was great until we woke up the next morning. I went to open the curtain on the window for the view, and there were A LOT of beetle type bugs ALL over the window. Then, my daughter told me she woke up in the middle of the night with one crawling on her face. We told the staff as we checked out and they said we “should’ve been told about the bug problem upon checking in” We weren’t informed about it though, and no discount was given for our stay. Though it wasn’t an issue in our room, the man checking out in front of us said there was a bad mold problem as well.

A travel team arrived on our 4th day and literally took over the hotel. The parents were as bad as the kids as far as respect for the other hotel guest. The would gather in the eating area and not leave for others to eat breakfast. They would stand in doorways, the parking lot and not move out the way . All the other guest felt the same as us because we spoke about the rudeness!!!!

There was an issue with the card reader to the room we reserved and they had to move us to an "upgraded room" which wasn't an upgrade. Going from a king suite to a room with 2 queen beds. Room smelled and floors were not clean.

The staff was friendly, especially as we arrived later in the evening. The breakfast was decent.

We did NOT like that Booking.com did NOT mention that there would be a $150 pet fee during check-in, we had to pay a additional $150 for our pet that was not mentioned during our Initial booking. It would have been nice to have known that up front. Breakfast was great, but this location was very busy and there was only one waffle maker and it made getting through the breakfast line very very slow, they need three waffle makers. Overall we loved our stay and will stay there again.

The staff was great, we loved the pet friendly environment, it was clean and the breakfast was great the location was great.

The last night the cleaning person did not show up,(heard they had a new person) think they were hiding, had supervisor come by to check and had to put out trash cans out in hallway, also they bought us fresh towels for the next day also saw supervisors mor than 2 cleaning rooms across the hall this was LATE Afternoon, early evening changing sheets. To us we think we should get some kind of refund, Also we would not book again on Booking.com. Did not see anywhere to get AAPR or Senior Discount

The breakfast was good they had a different type of meat each day and had room to sit down, Good location, but had to drive to get any kind of lunch or dinner, also had 2 pools and fitness center. Had plenty of parking

I had an unpleasant experience at the establishment. The staff exhibited extreme rudeness and displayed racist behavior. Specifically, there was an employee named Ms. Judy who demonstrated a high level of disrespect and engaged in discriminatory behavior towards us. Although we politely requested a room change due to a strong unpleasant odor, Ms. Judy interrupted us before we could finish speaking and responded with a negative attitude and derogatory remarks. We attempted to record her actions, but she quickly realized and retreated to the back, displaying further defiance. Her demeanor suggested that she considered our stay to be of little importance. Given these circumstances, I can no longer recommend this place to my family or friends. It is worth noting that despite traveling with children, Ms. Judy even attempted to assign us separate floors, disregarding our specific needs.

Great staff, super friendly, hotel was super clean, both pools was clean and hot tub was clean and warm. Breakfast was great. You can walk to places from the hotel if you so desire. I will continue to come back to this hotel!

I would like the outside pool to be a little warmer, but I realize, that that may not even be possible.

Breakfast was very good. I would like to have oatmeal available every morning. It wasn't available when the main breakfast was sausage biscuits and gravy because the pot was used for gravy. Kitchen staff was great!
