We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms are nice. Beds are comfortable. I had my daughter a sleepover here. They was able to give me a room next to the pool and with no neighbors. In the staff was very nice, friendly and really making sure we enjoyed our stay

United StatesI felt unsafe. I tried to use the gym, but was scared by one of the other guests. The guest was belligerent, loud, verbally abusive and was throwing weights around. We never had any interaction, but I was the only other person there and feared for my safety. I immediately went to the front desk and asked them to find out what was going on, but they were also afraid of him. So instead of removing him, they directed me to leave. Completely unacceptable response. They had further problems with him, but they did not handle the situation very well. I travel alone quite ofter and I have never had such a negative experience. I was too afraid to go back to the gym and too afraid to even walk through the lobby for fear he would be there.

United StatesThe manager Carmen and other staff member checking us in were rude and unaccomidating. Zero hospitality. We booked online and at check in discovered the pool was closed for maintenance. The manager refused to speak with me at first. Once we did speak with her ( Carmen) she did not care the fact we had several families with small kids checking in and no pool. She just kept showing me a website that was difficult to navigate and where it stated "no pool" was through a process of clicks and navigation to find. Spoke with a booking.com saff member and again was offered nothing for this. Their booking area had no mention of renovations only Covid from 1.5 years ago and that is what they were standing behind. I will never stay at a Marriott or use a booking.com again.
The staff taking care of the breakfast and our house keeper wee very friendly. The open areas were clean and kept tidy.
