The road noise. Would had rather had some type of view of the city. As an older lady traveling by herself, I was kind of uneasy about the location. A lot of people walking the road on both sides. Overall a nice place.

There were issues with the hot tub (jacuzzi); both with cleanliness and temperature. The host was accommodating and sent someone over right away to work on these issues. She also reimbursed us a small fee each day for this inconvenience. The AC consisted of two window units; one in the main room and the other in one of the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom was a bit warm since it didn't have it's own AC unit...though there is a ceiling fan.

The location was conveniently located near the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The host's communication throughout our stay was absolutely excellent! The kitchen had all you would need if you wished to eat in; though I would recommend you bring your own coffee as there were only a couple of pods available upon arrival. Pick up ice on your way in as well. Otherwise, it is a very cute/quaint bungalow and we enjoyed our stay.

This is just a suggestion I'm elderly a handrail in shower would have been nice as well as non skid strips or something so shower would not have been so slippery would prevent falls. Just a helpful suggestion.

There must have been a sports car gathering. I could hear the traffic very well and the loud mufflers. And though you are tucked in a woody setting you can see the traffic. In the future maybe they will cover the out door area just for comfort. Atleast over the jacuzzi. Still recommend this place.

The Bungalow was amazing. Perfect for a couple. The location was within feet of the parkway. The jetted tud and jacuzzi was great. I loved that I could bring my dogs. My host was very attentive checking on me during my stay. This place is was beyond my expectations. I truly loved the inside. One more thing there is a place to walk your dog. I had a tie out for mine so I didn't have to use a leash.

The driveway was a bit small to fit two cars in but we managed to make them fit. I wouldn’t recommend parking on the road because there is traffic that comes through there. There isn’t a washer and dryer in the home so please be mindful of bringing something to put your dirty laundry in to keep things separated!

The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the pull out couch! The bathroom was well stocked and the whole house was clean. It was cute and in a surprisingly quiet area! We thought it would be loud considering we were right behind the strip of Pigeon Forge! The landlord was also very nice in making sure we had enough towels for both the hot tub and for when we took baths. It was definitely worth it for six people!

Clean, comfortable, great location! We plan on trying to stay here any time we are in town. This was a great place and the owners were amazing! They were so helpful and we were able to check in early (which was a plus, not that they needed it). This place saved our entire trip! We checked out of our hotel due to some serious issues and booked here and it was the best decision we made! I was in town for work, and this place felt like home for us and our pet. It was great!

A few things need to be updated/fixed. We love the rustic feel but there are a lot cracks in the structure (where the walls meet the floor/door/windows) that allow bugs to get in. The driveway could use some more gravel as it was very muddy on the side. The water pressure needs the be more in the bathroom. It was difficult for someone with long hair to shower with low water pressure.

Loved the location in pigeon forge, it is so close and convenientto get to anything you might need. Staff was great. They were texting me to check how our stay was going. Bungalow was so cute. Although we were not there very long, it was a great place to relax for a couple of days. We will definitely be back!

All towels should be washed each time. Some dust on baseboards but otherwise very clean. Need a place to hang clothes or a dresser in both bedrooms in bungalow #2. Only one had closet and dresser. A hook on the bathroom door would be good for housecoat. There was a little bit of road noise and noise from the Mexican restaurant but it was not bad at all.

Walking distance from conference at Music Road Resort. Outdoor seating area is adorable, fire pit, chairs, picnic table, hottub, string lights. No steps for the dog to have to go up or down so that was good for us. There were housecoats, hair dryer, that I wasn't expecting but was nice. Keurig coffee pot makes whole pot or K-cups. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Kendra kept in touch and I knew she was available if I needed her. I loved the fireplaces. Room heaters were very warm.
