Not walking a mile through MGM to get out and almost impossible to find my way back through the MGM. No USB connectors in room

On a weekend when you have guests wanting to use the pool, and Level 2 pool had no chairs to sit at because Level 3 pool was closed for LIFEGUARD TRAINING! This is unacceptable as it is a weekend. Do your training during the week when you have less guests at your facility!

The decor is a bit outdated, but with that view, it’s easy to overlook. Not sure how to rate the valet parking – technically included, but with the expected tips, it basically ends up being paid anyway ;) The only real downside was the unsecured Wi-Fi – not ideal if you care about online privacy.

Fantastic apartment! Spacious, with a comfy bed and – most importantly – an outstanding view! We were on the 33rd floor, with a view of the Sphere and even a bit of the F1 track. Quick check-in, friendly staff, and overall you really feel taken care of. The location is also great – we could walk pretty much everywhere.

The shower did not work, but the other one did. And the bath tub handle was broken. Other than that it was great. The staff did not clean the room daily for us

Wish there were more food options directly in the hotel without having to trek to the MGM for a quick bite to eat. This minor inconvenience does not deter me from the property.

Property was clean and quiet, perfect for children, non-smoking, but still close enough to the Las Vegas strip if you want to get in on all the action. Direct access to the MGM and all its amenities.

The TV was primitive. We were hoping for apps but were met with the old-school 2000s built in hotel program. Remotes were borderline unresponsive. The only other gripe I had was that the pool closed super early. I wanted to go to the hot tub but it closed at 5:00. It was a tad noisy, but I just used white noise and slept fine.

Property was a good value. The room was clean and very roomy. It was a good location and not too far of a walk to the monorail to get to other places on the strip. I would only split the room with another couple/kids if they want to sleep on a sofa bed. The pools were fun. I loved that it was a non-smoking hotel! Balcony was nice and my room overlooked top golf. A quick tip is that valet parking is included. Make sure you have a tip ready $4-5 each time you retrieve your car during the stay.

The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable. Another double bed would have been better to accommodate all four of us comfortably. The furniture overall was in ok shape but some lamps were obviously damaged by previous renters and did not work.

Great location! The layout was good for my family- there was enough space to sleep and eat breakfast in the studio for my family of four. The kitchenette amenities in the studio apt were very nice to have.

The only thing was not having a plunger because of unforeseen incidents.

One of the check in receptionists at tower 2 did not give us any info, and also did seem not to welcome 😅 Also the check-in info was so poor.
