Beds were noisy, pillows were awful, room stunk and upstairs was super loud.

Breakfast was okay and good hours. Lobby was clean and polite staff.

The common areas were not as clean. The buffet breakfast was not supervised so we had to call the front office for food and coffee to be refilled. Tables were not cleaned.

the only issue I had was there was a big gap under the door which could allow rodents in and you just need strips on the tub floor because it was slippery or a rubber mat …just a suggestion

Comfortable bed, close enough to the port. Basic breakfast buffet included. Can park close to your room.

I was very upset with how I was treated when I came in with my service dog and was told I was supposed to tell them so they could put me in an ADA room and charge extra plus a fee for my service dog. which all of that is against ADA. the woman (Cerena) was very rude and adamant that I was causing a major problem for our stay. She was not the manager and there was no manager on site. I was told I need to wait til 5pm when the night manager comes in and it was only 3pm. the manager never came but he did call me (Malcom) and was very apologetic for how I was treated and made sure that we were able to stay in the room we originally paid for. no extra fees. he was very kind and listened to what I had to say about the rights of people with service animals and that maybe the owner needs to read up on the laws that protect our rights. he told me he would definitely bring this to the owners attention. whether that will happen or not I probably will never know. once all of that was cleared up our stay was very nice. Cerena was very curt with me when I went to check out but other than that all the other staff were very kind and helpful!

my husband and I loved how central it was to all the places we go while we are in the cape. They had a nice big yard and outdoor dining area for the breakfast.

the property was well maintained and staff were very professional. also liked the pancake maker in the breakfast room. I have never seen one like that. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. great location. it was quiet at night.

The pool is a little bit small, and it does not have warm water, I went to the pool at 9:30AM (open from 9AM to 9PM) but the water is so cold, and it was not clean. Very disappointed with the pool.

The room was cleaned, and the AC worked good for my room. The breakfast is delicious.

Breakfast was good. The bathrooms are small yes, and the rooms have that seaside smell all places with doors to the outside by the ocean have. But it wasn't terrible. The price matched the room so we were happy. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

The room was a little dated. Housekeeping didn't leave enough for 4 people in the room( towels, cups and k-cups ). The TV didn't work though they replaced it at 9PM. Bathroom is a tight space and not totally clean.

Location was convenient and the staff was extremely helpful with the problems. The beds were comfortable. Good breakfast and place for the kids to play.

The rooms moist could have been the air conditioner not sure but it seems to have damp carpets. The cleaning of room smelled like cleaner maybe a less aggressive smell cleaner. But room was clean.

What I didn’t care for was the pool was colder than I would of liked. The breakfast could of been better as well more options would be better. Also for staff to refill stuff when it is out instead of me asking them too !!

The room had a musty smell that seemed to be coming from the noisy air-conditioner. The internet is very poor and the reception staff are indifferent.

The location is pretty good, and there's plenty of parking. The housekeeping staff were helpful when we first arrived and even helped carry a bag up the stairs.
