The only thing insight like is my window didn’t have a lock, even though I was on 2nd floor being alone and not being able to lock my window was uncomfortable

The only thing my Dad shared was that the wifi didn't really work at all, even I tried multiple times for him and the a/c was a little loud, but he said that wasn't a deal breaker.

The staff made it for me. I was down for a family reunion and we booked another location for us and my Dad. However, I booked the wrong dates for him and they charged a no-show fee. When I tried to rebook at that same hotel for the same dates it would've been $90 more. Luckily I found this place. My Dad is legally blind and has limited mobility. I came in with my Dad to check him in and the gentleman at the front was very patient and accommodating. He gave me an extra key if I needed to come see my Dad and he also gave me a card to the front desk and wrote down the room number in case I needed to call his room directly. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Not everyone shows empathy.

There is no elevator. You must carry your luggage up and around the stairs to your room. That seems to be a Super 8 thing. The hallways were a bit noisy. My keycard seemed to always require 3 tries to get it to open the door. That got old quickly.

Great location, just off the main roads. A breakfast was offered during announced hours but I did not partake as there were loads of outside options all around the area at timing I preferred. The staff was very cordial and went out of their way to be helpful. No language or accent issues here. Parking in the back lot just outside the rear entrance was not at all busy. There was plenty of space in the room and a fairly large refrigerator- larger than I expected. Microwave and a small coffee maker were also in the room.

First room I was assigned smelled like a zoo with ripped up carpet (I needed a pet friendly room).

Majority of the staff were friendly and were respectful of my sleeping hours due to my work schedule.

The purpose of my extended stay was to find a cardiologist-there's not one in the area where I live..My only complaint is that the staff entered my room 1/2 hour before 11A. M.-Check-Out..to talk with me about my stay extension-(I had used the Message the Property in the Booking. Com App!) OR Why didn't they USE THE ROOM PHONE OR CALL MY CELL PHONE?? I HONESTLY DO NOT LIKE NOR TOLERATE MY PRIVACY BEING BREACHED IN SUCH A ASSAULTING MANNER.. and found it to be COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR AND INTRUSIVE!!

Could just tell that it is a bit dated and needs some cosmetic work

The property could use a good DEEP clean. The carpet was not clean at all but could tell concentration was put on cleaning the rooms rather than common areas. What I can say that was EXCEPTIONAL was the staff! They were all so very kind, friendly and accommodating to our group of bartenders and the very odd hours we worked while there.
