The room keys didn't work, and I had to return to the front desk to get a replacement key (which also only worked intermittently). The owners really need to replace the room keys and/or key readers because one of them isn't working correctly.

United StatesWoken in the middle of the night because someone in administration thought our toilet was leaking. It was actually the room above us. I think the people in the room next to us were living there. Lots of loud music from different sources at night.

Staff was friendly - the guy ran down the stairs when he saw me pull up for check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable - all the stuff you need for a night or two was there, fridge, etc. They are walking distance to a shopping center with everything you need - groceries, places to eat. gas, casino, right next to the freeway

United StatesNo daily maid service, but every 3 days. Only 1 set of towels for 2 people. Rooms are clean, but minimal. It's a place to sleep, but beds were mediocre. Breakfast is very limited with just a few tables to sit. Okay for coffee and cereal, or piece of fruit or toast, but not much else. No waffles, no pastries, no cooked food. Large potholes in parking driveway. Low price, mediocre facility.
Location in central Fernley is good. Right next door to a casino/restaurant which was handy. Staff were friendly. Price was lowest in town.

United StatesIce machine out, went to get some and it even smelled where it was located. Like a mold smell! Staff had a bag of ice and gave me some. I feel bad that they probably get crap from people because of how the facility is kept up by upper powers to be. Staff was great, wish they had the tools to make customers happy. sink and shower like rusty. It took 4/5 hours to cool the room down. Got there at 2pm turned it on, and we left cause so hot in there. Came back at 8 to change to go get dinner and it was finally cool. It was 100 degrees outside. Matress was hard, it wasn’t what I expected.
Location to where we were going was in walking. Distance. Not much about the room I liked, won’t stay at one again

United StatesThe beds are incredibly hard, found ourselves tossing and turning all night, Water pressure in shower was terrible, it was more of a fast dripping than a shower stream. After showering we realized that the floor had not been cleaned at all and was quite dirty. Glad we didn't pay more than we did for the room. I expected more from a Wyndham property.
Hotel is in a great location and room prices were decent. Enjoyed the restaurant across the parking lot in the casino. Linens and room appeared clean upon entry, the lighting was good and plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Not many guests staying that night so it was fairly quiet. Heater/AC worked well. Did not partake in any breakfast offerings at the hotel, so can't comment on that. Plenty of parking and felt safe while there.

United StatesThe clerk was on his earbuds on the phone while registering. Pillows were not comfortable at all. The heater did not go off unless you completely turned it off. Was way too hot if left on and temperature was not controllable.
