Not a 3 star, outdated and old. Very dinghy furniture but bedding was clean.

A very basic highway hotel Maybe a 2 star at best. Was fine for the 6hrs we slept and hit the road again early. We didnt even shower in the am, just left.

The pool and hot tub were broken and not posted. Microwave in the room did not work. Plans for hot tub to be removed.

1st room had wad of paper in toilet on entering room. wouldn't flush. moved to second room: toilet had been used, no toilet paper, no bath towels and tv didn't work. was a king jacuzzi room and bed and pillows were aweful

The reason I chose "fair" for facilities, cleanliness and comfort has to do with the age and maintenance of the hotel. It's just seen better days, and could use a bit of a facelift. A few of the lamps/overhead lights in our room were burned out, and overall the place feels a little tired. I'm hoping that now that we're past the pandemic and tourism is back on track, that Super 8 will show this property a little love.

We stayed at the Super 8 for the Pendleton Round Up in mid-September. We are really limited as to our choices for lodging, and this property like all the other is very expensive during the rodeo. The staff were wonderful. The front desk agents were quick, polite, helpful and informative. The housekeeping staff did a great job on our room each day, and they cleaned to the very best of their abilities.

Took 2 hrs to get tv to work and still didn’t work properly. Volume on control didn’t work and only got 5 channels with direct tv. Sucks

I've stayed here before and had no problems. This time the house cleaning failed, there was hair stuck to the shower wall, my son is bald, and I'm close to bald. And second when I pulled the sheet back there was a stain of some sort.

The property is kinda dated but it was very clean and comfortable, the price was terrific, and the location was convenient for us, right off the freeway on the way to Portland. The city has a wonderful Riverwalk that I enjoyed immensely.

the beds were not very comfortable and property is in need of updating. carpet needs a deep cleaning- our grandson’s feet were filthy after walking/ crawling around.

In the bathroom the flooring is coming up around the edge of the bathtub. The beds are very hard. Brought a swim suit, but unable to use the pool, spa or the exercise equipment. Should have been told this in advance. This is a hot town and would have welcomed a dip in the pool. Also one of the staff members was quite rude. The vending machines would not take cash. When using my debit card, it charged me $.40. I did get it back from the front desk

Bed wasn’t made correctly, dirty clothes in the bathroom, tv had to be unplugged and then replugged in just to get sound. Blood on curtains. Very dirty
