First room we checked into was filthy. No toilet paper, hair in the bathtub, floors not clean at all. Hair on the pillows, stained holy sheets, told the front desk and they switched us to a new room that was a little better but still not clean. There was stuff on the floors, and in the corner by the garbage was a feminine hygiene, product wrapper, the continental breakfast didn’t really have anything at all the tables in the lobby where cell phone, which I grabbed all wet paper towel to wipe the tables off so that’s another guests could sit a clean table to drink coffee. We reserved our room several months ago and paid $108 for it and we’re very disappointed. Due to the events that were going on in Pendleton, we were unable to find another room so we stayed.

The walls needed touched up by someone with experience maintaining decent properties. Things were done very poorly such as wall patch jobs toilet install was crooked.

The location was where we needed to stay. We have stayed at other facilities in the same location. The ability to pay with our disability veterans was not used due to us, not knowing we had to mention in advance that he was a veteran. With reservation services. So we didn’t get that discount.

The staff was rude. Even though I requested a ground floor due to my being a senior and on full time oxygen, they tried to put me on the second floor. The first room they put me in there was no table, the bed wasn't made properly (pillows just thrown in a chair). Tv didn't work and they tried to say it was a satellite problem even though it was a clear sunny day. They wanted to leave me in the room until I insisted on another room. The second room wasn't cleaned properly and had dirty wash cloths in the bathroom, food still in the fridge and an ear wig in the ice bucket. Woke up with bites on my leg, so probably bed bug infested.

The room smell of dog urine nothing appeared to be wiped down there was not toilet tissue window screen off window laying on side if building. There were individuals allowed to use the pool that appeared to not be customers Breakfast area was not clean nor kept up. I highly do not recommend this place. The bed is like sleeping on springs and bedding smelled. I slept on top of blankets!!

It was filthy. Dirty windows, filthy carpet, hair in the sink and the overall smell of the motel was bad. We stayed for about ten minutes before we checked out. I can’t believe this is a Wyndham property.

Absolutely nothing! We ended up leaving after we saw the room. There was some sort of spluge all over the tv screen. Everything was filthy. There wasn’t even a clean, blanket or sheet on the bed. It was just the cover that no one ever washes anyway. It made my daughter and I feel very uncomfortable even being there. Throughout the whole entire hotel, the carpet was stained and nasty, and the pool was like a pond not a pool. We stayed somewhere else. And i hope to get a refund.

It was the biggest waste of $228. I ever spent..on our 23rd wedding anniversary.. we were so disappointed..

Room was not ready at 5:30 when we checked in. Waiting for clean sheets. We were able to put are stuff in room to go to concert. They said it would be done when we got back. At midnight walked in and beds were not made. Clerk had no idea what to do. Finally came up with sheets and we had to make are own beds!! The whole situation was ridiculous!!

First of all my check in time was 3:00pm and i arrived there at 6:00pm and the room was not ready. They were supposedly cleaning it we had to wait out in the hall for about 10 minutes. When we finally went into the room it was dirty! The bathroom was clogged the toilet was dirty they did not touch it. If they would have cleaned the toilet they would have discovered it was clogged. The staff were terrible! A man an employee faught with my boyfriend. Terrible terrible never again will i stay there especially recommend anyone to this terrible place.

Our room was not clean. There was a ring around the water line in the toilet. We found used soda bottles under the bed from the previous occupants, and we woke up the next morning with multiple bed bug bites.

The only positive was the breakfast. It was good and tasty.

Check-in is at 3, and the room is not ready. The clerk asked for us to wait 15 mins for room to be ready. Waited 15 mins, still not ready. I had to downgrade my room from a king to a queen bed, which was ready. We finally got in our room an hour later. The back entrance tile is dirty and needs to be mopped really badly. Back stairs needed a vacuum taking to it.
