Time for a deep clean edges of every surface is dusty dirty blackened. Grout, carpets, around furniture, tub and doors. Makes me wonder if surfaces are really clean from past guests. Heavy use of deodorant spray to cover odors. Very irritating to nasal and lung passages with sneezing and drainage.

The cleanliness in the whole place was just beyond disgusting..I would have rather slept in my car ..they said they couldn't give us a partial refund. I guarantee it was cleaner than what it was before we came..I wiped everything down with bleach wipes that could..

Couldn't use sink due to broken/leaking pipes. Shower curtain rod not level. Curtain doesn't stay closed, slides open on both ends 10-12 inches. The room hadn't been thoroughly dusted in quite a while. Only had one dirty chair and no table in the room. Ironing board had no cover.

Dirty room, bathroom sink wouldn't drain, had to use tub to brush our teeth. Rug filthy, shower curtain filthy and mold on bottom of curtain. Old dried yellow pee around base of toliet. During Pendleton Roundup, so town was booked, could not even move to another motel. And I booked 6 months in advance. I will book 10 months 2023 a different motel.

the pool was closed. it was the only motel with a reasonable price that had a indoor pool. I was looking forward to swimming and was disappointed that it was closed. My room looked dirty. the bed sheet was inside out. there was a few hairs on the bathroom floor. Carpet had stains all down the hallway and in my room. Didn’t look like it was vacuum. bathtub had stains in it with hair in the drain 🤢. Will not return or recommend people to stay at that or any super 8.

The staff was extremely rude. We didn't get the room we booked months in advance but we're charged the same price for the more expensive room we booked but didn't get. Our key stopped working to our room after one day and had to get new keys to get into our room. Our room was dirty and had pretzels on the floor and a dirty toilet. The pool wasn't open to use but had water and didn't list that information at time of booking which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Our room had horrible lighting with furniture in weird spots and covering the mirror/vanity area making the mirror unusable. There was plaster on the walls and stains on the bed and bedding. Overall it was a terrible experience and we will never be back.

The location was convenient for our family reunion.

No clock and no end table on both sides of bed could need arranged the bed in middle of room instead of end of room and no place to charge cell phones like other hotels but you get what you pay for.

We were not aware that we would have no housekeeping during our 3 day stay. We were in town for a wedding so didn't have much time to wait for fresh towels. Wish the side door would open with our key card but it never did.

The room was spacious and loved the bare floors, no carpet. It was pretty quiet, even being over the pool. Breakfast was good and plenty. We arrived pretty late but had no issues checking in after 10:00pm.

The volume on the tv didn’t work, the remote didn’t work and the front desk girl was NO help at all. No extra batteries for remote at the front desk. The pool which was advertised as “heated” was not. They advertised a hot tub and there was none. The carpets in the hallway were Nasty, stained and gross. The air conditioner kept shutting off ( and again) the front desk person was no help at all. So I got up all night and turned it on again. There was dried blood on the carpet and doorway by our exit (room131), homeless people camped by our exit and the water outside was on when we arrived at 4 pm and when we left at 8 am the next morning. The morning desk clerk was very helpful and took down my concerns to my pass them on. I have Never written a bad review before…: I can only hope that the items will be addressed and not “explained away” like the other review’s I read. I will not stay here again.

Our room was so dirty we checked out soon after checking in and went to another hotel. Carpet was filthy, stains on sheets, and there was dust on headboards, desk and night stand. I went to lobby and asked for new sheets and towels and was told by staff they have been having problems with cleaning crew lately.-not good for a hotel, especially in a pandemic! We had to pay double for a room at another hotel but it was worth it, it was clean!

Rooms were very dated and appeared dirty. The fridge smelled of mold. The pool and hot tub area were dirty....water in both was super cloudy and there wasn't anyone in there.

The front desk lady was really nice. She was the fill in manager for the weekend. A nice touch was the AC was on in the room when I got there. I'm hoping it was just to cool down the room due to the heat wave.
