How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The elevator plastic was cracked, and the button to the first floor didn’t light up. But still worked.
Breakfast was nice, location was excellent. Could have used a soda machine in the breakfast room but other than that very nice and clean.

The front desk employees were so busy with other things they were not available for for quick check-in or checkout.
The location was good. It is located in a convenient area.

I didn’t like that I had to request for my room to be cleaned and restocked twice. I don’t like a nasty floor or messy bed. I would have tip the housekeeper but I had to get rude in order for my room to be cleaned and restocked.
The hotel was in a great location and the breakfast was hot and fresh. It was delicious.

Hallways smelled like weed and it even smelled like weed in our room at times. Wish they had a pool. And our beds seemed smaller than a queen bed.
Location was great pretty much right in the middle. Price was good, room was clean and beds we're soft.

The beds were a bit too firm for our liking, lots of rolling around and rough sleep. However, this is just a preference and should not be seen as bad on the facility. Our only complain would be, on Booking.com, it advertises a pool. When we arrived, to our dismay there wasn't one.
Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, and we were checked on regularly to make sure we were well cared for!

an hour before breakfast was over it was hard to find someone to restock plates, napkins and some of the food. Our bottom sheet was very ‘pilly’ so it was a little rough in my skin.

Honestly, the property lacked some of the amenities I was looking for, like a gym. But given the location, I didn’t mind it too much. The wifi was not the best either. It would cut in and out and had to use my phones data to connect to my other devices.
I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was in the center of all the fun attractions. As for comforts, the beds were unbelievable comfortable. It was the best sleep I’ve gotten in a hotel.

The bed was good, but the pillows were bad and you only have three per bed, you need four per bed. Also, the parking is limited and if you have a nice car the chance of a door ding is high.

The parking lot is small and the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbor all night whether it was the TV or bathroom sink.
The hotel was VERY clean. Nicely updated with a spacious room. The free breakfast was good with lots of variety. Good location.

I did not like that I was not told if I pay cash, my card was still going to be charge! They could not give me my cash back! So I'm waiting 4-5 days for the money to be refunded on my account.!!

The bathing area was small. The hand sink was in the open. You had to dry your hair and have the lights on in the main sleeping area. A partition needs to be available to block the light from the sleeping area.
All staff were very friendly. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean.
