Parking sucked. Room had stains on pillows and towels. Our nonsmoking room, smelt like cigarettes. The room didn’t match the pictures etc.

This property is absolutely beautiful. There was a clean and inviting smell as you walk in the door. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is clean from parking to foyer to rooms. The rooms are warm and inviting. The accommodations were exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable. My family and I felt very safe at this location. I would recommend this location to families and friends. This property is located in the perfect location for all Pigeon Forge activities and travel into Gatlinburg.

The water was turned off Monday the 17th from 10:30- 6pm. Which was okay because we received a notice saying it would be off from 10:30- 2pm. The water was also turned off the next day, March 18th, without any notice.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great location. The breakfast was good.

House keeping was very bad. Beds were never made. Not all trash cans were emptied. Empty shampoo bottles and soap wrappers never removed during cleaning. Room not vacuum properly.

The bed made a squeaking sound like a rusty bicycle chain that needs to be oiled!! When you turned over. Other than that the beds were comfortable and soft!! We stayed in a queen room with 2 bed so it was only one bed that my husband slept in!! But we would definitely come back that wouldn’t keep us away!! Probably was the bottom what the mattress was sitting on!!

Everything was wonderful!! The staff was very friendly and everything was clean!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this location, first time was good all except the TV selection... This time was not so good.. sheets are to small for the beds.. the corners came off and they just left them when cleaning the room! Made the bed up but didn't fix the fitted sheet! The very first night we had a bath mat they never replaced it it in 2 more nights! Never replaced the regular coffee in the room that we used... The sink wouldn't drain until we pulled the nasty stopper out of it! AND the TV still sucks! It kept dropping Internet... And would loose connection if you changed channels... Could watch TV for about 5 mins then it would shut off! Really irritating!!! OH and those guys cleaning on our floor even left a dirty wash cloth in the tub! May have to find somewhere else to stay!

No insulation, extremely noisy. We heard everything people were doing in the rooms next to us, woke up at 5am, hallway was noisy with people, could not c Sleep. Very annoying and disappointing.

The ceiling in the bathroom was coming down the shower lasted 5 minutes and the water was freezing and the air didn't really seem like it was working much until the next morning...
