The breakfast (eggs) was mediocre but for “free” it served its purpose.

The room was updated and clean. It was very spacious and nice. It was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The fireplace and tiling was very nice.

the only complaints I have was the walls were SUPER thin. you can literally hear everything that’s going on in the room next to you and out in the hallways. Unfortunately, we were next to a couple with 2 younger children and they were super loud and woke up and started their day every morning at 6 a.m! also, the parking isn’t ideal. they have more rooms than they do parking spots. earlier in the day, it’s really no problem. but when everyone is coming back in the evening/ later in the night, good luck finding a Parking spot.

this property exceeded my expectations! this being my first time staying here, I’d definitely book again! everything was clean and spotless! and a breakfast every morning was also very convenient!

Initially I thought the floor was clean. Then, I spilled some water, when I wiped it up I realized how dirty the room floor was. Ice machine on 2 nd floor wasn't working. And they ran out of some breakfast items that were not replaced well before end of breakfast.

The room was nice. I like the hard flooring instead of carpet. Quiet. The cubby for towels was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice. Fridge was very cold.

The parking in the back is not roomy for a truck and not a lot of parking. A staff member wasn't the friendliest didn't even ask to help me check in or tell me someone would be with me. Thicker TP would be nicer than 1 ply too.

Wished it had a pool

It was accessible to everything in Pigeon Forge, kind of in the middle, not a far drive to anything. we liked that we could walk to the putt-putt course across the small road beside the hotel.

I received a text the day of check-in letting me know who would be assisting us through our stay, which I thought was a really friendly thing to do. On our 1st night, we noticed how paper thin the bedding sheets on the bed were. And how they barely covered the bed. On day 2 of our stay, we got a text from our hostess, asking how things were and if we needed anything. I texted back asking for a couple of extra blankets if possible and never received a response. We got back to the hotel late after exploring the area, and we didn't have any extra sheets. I went down stairs to the front desk, and they said they didn't have any extra. I don't understand how that's possible and why you have what seemed like a great text feature if you're not going to use it. Also, breakfast can get flooded extremely quickly. Both mornings, we arrived in the lobby with hardly any other guest around. However, within 10 minutes, lots of others made their way down, and the staff seemed slow replenishing items. It was a decent basic continental breakfast overall, but don't count on getting seconds if you're still hungry.

For the location and price, it honestly couldn't be beat. It was a clean facility that served its purpose of a place to lay our head for the night.

Built more elevators in the building, heard a lot of people complaining about lack of them. Witnessed maid staff sitting in a guest room eating and watching tv
