Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe walls are very thin. You can hear conversations and other people alarm clocks as well. The 2nd shift front desk attendant was on his phone the whole time while I tried to check out. I checked out a day early and he did not check me out on time so I paid for the entire stay.
Great location

United StatesHousekeeping knocked and entered before I could answer while in bathroom. I was staying 2 nights and the 1s morning was when they wanted to clean room. I was uncomfortable after that. To each own opinions, I won't stay here again based on that. Weird feeling. Overall great location, coffee, breakfast. Don't let my comment detour your mind.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and modern. Location was great. Bed was comfy. 2 nice restaurants within walking distance.

United StatesThere was a long line of irate guests when I arrived around 9pm and no one knew where the Front desk agent was as he didn't answer the bell or the phone. Another guest in line was trying to get a room change because the room they were given was already occupied and she was glad she didn't walk in on anyone changing. After about 10mins, the Front desk agent returned as there's only 1 elevator for the entire 4 storey building. So be prepared to ride up the elevator instead of going down to breakfast and make elevator friends When it was my turn I asked if he'd price match my rate directly but he refused and said their walk-in rate was $64p/nt although Best Western online boasts the lowest rate guaranteed plus 10%. Either this agent didn't know or care, and was ok with the owners paying 3rd party referral fees. I decided to book it online as he suggested and had to wait another 15mins for him to return to the lobby after 'riding the elevator' The King rooms with 1 bed have more than 2x the size of the Queen rooms with 2 beds. That makes no sense for those of us traveling as a family. I had booked the Queen room with 2 Queen beds but they were Full size and definitely NOT Queen. Also, each bed only had 3 pillows. So I called for extra pillows but he flat out refused as "there were no extra pillows available" yet they charge extra $$$ for more than 2 adults. We could hear the neighbor snoring through the paper thin walls. Not good if you are a light sleeper. When trying to take a shower, the water kept pouring out of both the tub faucet and shower head. I didn't want to break anything so just put up with a low water pressure. I also noticed that the 1 tiny shampoo bottle was 1/2 used. The housekeeping lady seemed a little upset that I broke her routine when I asked for more shampoos. No housekeeping service for reservations with more than 1 night. I found out only after extending my reservation.
For a 2* hotel, this was surprisingly alright despite starting off rocky. Anything around $50 (pre tax) with photos that look so good deserves at least a 1 night stay I figured so I decided to check it out and if I liked it, I could always add more nights (which is what ended up happening.) The hotel is Fully renovated and likewise, so is the room. No germy carpets but hardwood looking linoleum floors. The hairdryer becomes a nightlight and the lamp has a dimmer. Instead of a flimsy luggage rack, there's a luggage table/stand. There was some effort put into these selections although nothing can fix how small the room is. Thank goodness there's a free breakfast 6-9:30am and it was a pretty good breakfast with waffles, eggs, (pork) sausage links, biscuits and gravy (no pork) as well as muffins, yogurt and drinks. There's also a water bottle refill station so I could fill up my gallon jugs for free. The morning front desk guy was extremely meticulous in setting up a great breakfast station. His disposition was completely opposite of the night person so that was a plus! Do I stay or leave? When weighing the Pro/Cons before deciding to check out or extend my stay I realized that all the negatives (like checking in issues) I had already managed to deal with and out of the way. The room size was still small BUT the positives were ongoing i.e. Breakfast, water station and the most important: The fluffiest pillows that made for a good night's sleep along with a good rate (on Priceline weekend rate) and naturally extended my reservation. It was only after extending that I found out (too late) that Housekeeping doesn't do cleanings during the stay so if you want cleaning, you'll have to book multiple 1 night reservations or do not expect service. **Had it been pricier, I'd have gone across the street to the $79p/nt Holiday Inn for sure!

United StatesThe room said 2 Queen beds but they were actually just full sized beds. There were 3 of us in the room but the front desk guy said they don't provide any extra pillows for anyone. That makes no sense. I always have a pillow in my car so I gave up my pillow to my daughter It was kinda crammed. The King rooms although have only 1 bed have more than 2x the size of the rooms with 2 Queen beds The water was pouring out of both the tub faucet and shower head and I didn't want to break anything so put up with a low water pressure Only 1 elevator so be prepared to ride the elevator and make new friends 😉
Good breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy as well as muffins, yogurt and drinks. Also a refillable water station Fully renovated/updated so no germy carpets in the room. United Statesbiggest thing we didn’t like was the rooms were so small and had huge beds on platforms. we were very cramped with 2 kids and 2 adults with 2 queen beds. the air was right against the bed like on the comforter. and the furniture takes up the whole room we could barely move.
we loved the location, it is right in the middle of everything. the room was very clean, staff was super nice, and the hotel was newly renovated.

United StatesCould hear the conjoining room more than expected. There was a light from the hall was seen all the way around the main door to the room. We like to sleep in the dark and it was just a little distracting but not bad.
The location was great, right in the middle of town but just off the road. Everything was new and very good quality. Room was spacious and relaxing. Couldn’t hear the road noise at all.

United StatesThis wasn’t a big issue, but seemed liked the heating and cooling system was a bit noisy when it cut on. Could have been something else I was hearing, not sure. Didn’t mention to staff, because it wasn’t that big a deal for me, but it might be for someone else.
The price was great for such a nice hotel. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were very nice. Loved the floors, no carpet, so less germs and allergen. Loved the big window. Was able to look over the area Christmas lights at night, and was able to totally close out the light for sleeping. Fantastic breakfast. Would definitely go back. my most important thing was the cleanliness and value! Was able to do a little more Christmas shopping with the extra money saved from hotel price.
