There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like, don't change a thing!

I would and will go out of my way in the future to stay at the property again! Our stay can only be described as magical, an Absolutely Amazing encounter. It is so clean, tasteful decor, and so much love and Pride in Ownership in this establishment. I Highly recommend a stay here!

The kitchen was somewhat lacking in kitchen utensils and cookware. A few more items would have been helpful--such as a bottle opener. The stairs up to the rooms are steep; persons with balance or other mobility issues might have trouble negotiating them. Beware the door opener on the inside of the front door; it is located at such a height that taller adults can hit their head on it as they approach the last stair on the way down.

We rented two rooms--one for our two daughters and our two young grandchildren. The King suite in which we stayed was spacious with a separate kitchen. Be sure to look up and admire the beautiful craftwork on the ceiling. The other suite had a large bed as well as a very comfortable trundle bed that also served as a couch. It was much more comfortable than the typical sofa bed and meant the room accommodate four persons comfortably. The rooms were both lovely--nicely painted with beautiful trim and very high ceilings. The location isn't pretty but it is conveniently located near the main street and is just two blocks from the ice cream parlor and one block from a grocery store.

:( 24 stairs straight up, no landing. Hard on seniors especially hauling bag and baggage. I acknowledge and KNEW it is a historical building. Also digital locks are challenging and frustrating to me personally.

The room in this historical building was ELEGANT, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Complimentary items were generous. Bath essentials were elegant and plush. Staff was super nice, accommodating and good communicators. Location was perfect for walking to main attractions. Parking was easy and convenient. As B&Bs go, value was very good, if a splurge for my personal budget. These accommodations met and / or exceeded all expectations as they appear on the website.

Rather low end selection of breakfast items, expect better from a “boutique” hotel. No sugar to be found anywhere, only artificial sweeteners for your tea or coffee. Only a block away from busy railroad tracks, pretty noisy

Location was a blessing and a curse. Easy to get to find and get to, but it is along a busy road and there is a train close by that woke me up in the middle of a night. Also just an FYI, it was not an issue for us but there is a good flight of stairs (a little steep) that you need to get use to get to room.

The room was very, very nice. Almost too fancy for us. :) It was also very clean. Bed was amazing! I've also never seen ceilings so tall in a room. Everything was comfortable - Shower and bath, the AC kept up with it being super hot outside, and furniture. It had everything we needed plus some. It is more of a rental instead of hotel room with a fully stocked kitchen. The host was friendly and quick to respond when I had a question before check-in. We would definitely stay again!
