The room we had the first weekend we were there was okay. The room the second weekend was excellent except for no hair dryer in the room.

The only ice machine that was working was at the third floor.

It was very quiet,the pools were very nice and clean, the location was very good many restaurants nearby,no too far from the strip good value if reserved in advance.

This has nothing to do with the lodging itself, but there is a limited choice of food within walking distance. We were pretty exhausted by the time we got to the resort and did not want to get back in the car, so our eating choice was small. I suppose Door Dash would work though.

The suite was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved that there were no slot machines or any "Vegas" feel. Definitely family friendly. Thank you for having such a lovely, peaceful resort that's different from the high rolling, fast moving Vegas. This was a breath of fresh air after fighting the traffic to get there.

I don't think you should have stairs next to the elevator and ramp on the other side and you have to walk back and forth because you can not take the stairs and staff didn't help with a room near the elevator

Our dishwasher was broke & had a fowl smell, fridge had a stail smell aswell, but maintenance came to fix it & did what they can do! Housekeeping came with air freshner.

The suites are very nice and comfortable. Fridge had a ice maker, coffee pot, pots to cook which was very convenient.

Tried to call from desk Friday night to request towels. Tried several times and no one answered. Had to wait until Saturday to get more towels.

The pools were great temperature for hot Vegas weather. The suite was a good size abs had great extras in the kitchenette.

Great pools that are open til midnight which is rare in Las Vegas. Good location, close to strip. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Close to good breakfast options.

Too many buildings, you can get lost in spite of the map. Speaking of which, a better map labeling would’ve been better. For a disabled person, being lost or confused with the building of your room will be mobility-challenged.

Convenient location, close to the strip without the inconvenience and noise/traffic of the strip. Comfortable bed and beddings. Kitchenette in the room is also useful.

It is getting old. The elevators need some mechanical work done and please get larger pillows. Those were horrible

Location was good to get away from the hectic strip. Easy to travel to and from. The pool was great. Quiet most of the time and well maintained.

Had 2 bars of soap in the bathroom. Also a comfortable chair to sit in, there was plenty of room for one.

The Strip is not within walking distance, but with the free shuttle is very easy to reach and to come back to the hotel.

Very helpful and kind staff, they solved all our needs. Free shuttle to the Strip very useful. Private parking, you can park the car close to your room. Clean and large rooms, very comfy.

Not a big problem- but wifi was out one of the days I was there, lack of hot water in shower

The young man at check in was totally professional and helpful. I arrived at hotel later than expected due to the Airline flight cancellation and same day reschedule, so he provided a wonderful room upgrade. King room suite was large with refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes, coffee pot, jet spa tub/shower, plenty of super clean towels, comfy bed and pillows, beautiful suite design. Two large Pools, area was breezy, tropical, and comfortable anytime of the day. This hotel is an uber ride to The Strip, however a short walk to The New Orleans Hotel and Casino, Walgreens, Subway, Dennys. Enjoyed this hotel stay, I would return again.

An additional resort fee was not included in the booking.com fee description, making it harder to compare this hotel with others.

There is a shuttle to the Strip going once every hour, the rooms have a little kitchen area, it is calm and there are shops closeby.

I didn't like how thin the walls were. I could hear the people talking in the rooms next to me and could even hear if they dropped the toilet seat.

I loved the room. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave and coffee. The shampoo and conditioner was great. Nice having shops and restaraunts next door. I felt safe at this hotel. I especially loved the jets in the bathtub. They also give you dishes, dishsoap, a sponge, paper towels and there are 2 beach towels in the closet.
