Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was no table lamp on the night stand or clock to set an alarm. The only lighting in the room was an overhead light which was very bright, could have used a dimmer switch, The bathroom only had a pedestal sink so no wear to set toiletries and no hook to hang towels near the bathtub. Had trouble with the keys to my room and the front entrance. Had to giggle them around to get them to work.
No breakfast only coffee or tea. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable the bathroom had a large wirlpool tub which I enjoyed. I liked the room had a full lenth mirror.

United StatesThe room I was given was not the same as the one I reserved. The beds were SUPER squeaky. Every little adjustment was the loudest squeak. It was not what I was expecting at all.
Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and pleasant looking. The location was nice as well.

United StatesDoors were locked at 2:30pm even though the sign on the door says open from 1-9pm . Staff on the phone was very rude. Wanted to make excuses for extremely poor servic.
Nothing This hotel has lock on door with sign that said open Friday sat 1-9. We had with you confirmed early check in for 2. Arrived 2:09 and no one there called emergency number woman said no check on time 3 again doors to hotel locked. This woman was rude inconsiderate and never once said let e open the door for you and you can wait inside. Said doors locked for security. Note you tell e what’s speaking about this. We told her to cancel reservation we were not staying she said no. Insisted she is just an employee and was being polite i told her she clearly was in the wrong line of business. Totally unacceptable service and response.

United Statesat 10 pm someone started running the jetted tub in the room above my room. so it was loud in my room. then in the morning i had a parking ticket on my car for $30 for parking on the main st. no one at the inn warned us about that. they also charged a $45 pet fee.

We stayed in room 17 which was roomy, high-ceilinged, and had a large soaking tub. Lovely original artwork in common areas and beautiful bar with stained glass ceiling. Nice woodwork. Walking distance to good Mexican restaurant and a coffee shop.
