Breakfast selection could be a bit larger but appreciated it being delivered to the room. A pool or hot tub would be nice also.

The first hotel room we were given keys to was already occupied 🫢 We had to go back down stairs to get another room. Maybe documentation should be improved somehow? Also, the coffee in the lobby was incredibly weak.

Very good breakfast, nice staff, clean. We enjoyed our time there.

When we first arrived and checked in Mr. Kent did not inform us well. He let us know we can use the car garage and take the elevator vs coming in the lobby if we like but didn’t inform us that it was for loading and unloading only. Which is a nice option to have but some may have chosen the option to just stay parked in the regular parking area without the hassle of having to come back out and re-park their vehicles. Not informing us again occurred during breakfast when we waited & waited for our food. We weren’t in a rush because we were on vacation & figured they just were under staffed and had lots of guests to serve since it seem as the hotel was fully booked. So we decided to call after 2 hours of waiting. When speaking with Helen we found out that they leave the food in the front of your hotel door and sure enough it was in boxes on the floor. It would’ve been nice to have known this information initially during check in. I personally do not like the fact that my food is on the floor no matter if it’s in a small box. The food options are limited and I would have liked it to have been the continental breakfast that is usually served buffet style. There was a lot of construction going on right by the hotel so the nice view was obstructed with all the construction going on. We could hear noise at night that sounded like it was a machine coming from the room beside us. Not sure if it was the heating /ac unit or not but it was heard at night while trying to sleep. The entire location around the hotel needs revitalization.

Breakfast is sent to your room each morning. They have time slot options. Helen accommodated us in switching to a different room when one was available & seemed genuinely happy to assist us. The hotel is in a good location right by the water but the neighboring area looks run down. They have multiple room options. Their 1 and especially 2 bedroom are the best. You can’t go wrong with either. Overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a nice stay by the water.

Construction nearby and parking lot closest to hotel was usually full.

Large suite - beautiful views - cookies when we got there! The hotel was close to restaurants, shopping & entertainment.

Know you can not help it construction going on,but staff was very helpful, I was towing a atv,they looked after me with overflow parking may should consider tourist pulling trailers,this was our 26th anniversary together, it was fantastic accommodations, need carts for us old folk to haul luggage to room 😀 ,thank yall so much!!

The construction noise all around. But I know it isn't Bask's fault.

All staff was super friendly and smiles. The suite was clean and had a fabulous view. Will stay again when I'm in the area

The pillows were not comfortable at all. The furniture in the sitting room was very pretty; however, it could have been a little more comfortable. Everything else was very nice.

The bathroom was not the best for cleanliness. Didn't vacuum floors or mop bathroom floors. Sink had long hairs in it along with the shower. Otherwise amazing room. Just need to have cleaners so the job correctly and fully!

There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

I liked the pics online and knew the views would be great. I came to relax, reset and meditate for my birthday. I absolutely enjoyed the time I had just basking in my own world.

Even though the breakfast was brought to our room it wasn't as great as we were hoping for. It came in a card board box left outside on the floor by our door. I think their breakfast could be alot better. Other than that we enjoyed the stay there.

I love the location and the hotel. It was a huge room and very clean. Way more than we had expected to be.
