The ac units are a bit noisy and makes it a little tough falling asleep when the unit is in the bedroom. Seems as if could be put into the little closet where hot water is. Did have a few bugs in the room.

The location is great. Several shops and restaurants all nearby within walking distance.

he room was great but what they don't tell you is they are under construction and the construction chew starts early in the morning like 730 8 you can hear everything they are saying alone with the banging. Can't sit on the balcony because the form and stuff from the construction is blowing all in your face. I was told I would get a certificate for one night free....I have been calling for a week and still don't have it.

Price…. I expect better bedding/pillows and more amenities like a pool. The property has been under construction so the exterior doesn’t look great. Additionally the large air handler was so loud you couldn’t possibly enjoy sitting outside while it was running which was pretty much all the time.

The location

The bed was so close to the wall that it was hard to get into it. There was only one small lamp on one bed stand. We didn't even use the safe in the room and yet we got charged extra for it and there was an additional fee charged to park in their parking lot which should be provided for guests who already pay enough to stay there and the breakfast was a bagged breakfast. I wouldn't stay there again.

Tub was looking a little grungy, carpet in the room needed attention, i could hear the people below me on the balcony and people in the hallways and other rooms taking showers, the ac vent going outside was gross, the breakfast was blah, the daily fee to park was ridiculous. It would have cost the same amount of money to stay at an oceanfront hotel.

The view from the balcony was great, the kitchen was great, the easy walk to the waterfront was super convenient, the staff was superb!

Had extra fees that were not stated in Booking.com. The receipt from Booking.com stated the price was the final price we would pay to the property. There were additional charges for parking for $7/night plus taxes & fees & also for in-room safe (Which we didn't use) for $5 plus taxes & fees for an increase in cost of almost $27. When questioned the manager she stated these were extra even though not provided when booked with Booking.com. The listing on booking mentioned parking was on site but no mention of additional fees & no mention of additional cost for in room safe. The ice machine at the hotel did not work & no other options provided per one of the workers. No pool on site.

Comfortable beds, nice spacious room. Had microwave, kitchenette area & small fridge. When asked for additional towels & washcloths they provided. Room was ready at checkin time. TV worked. Stayed during onset of Hurricane Idalia & staff seemed prepared & reviewed safety measures, including areas on lower entry level that would be closed off due to possible flooding of that area. However they did not mention any alternatives or reimbursement if rooms would be without power or facility not able to remain open. Luckily that did not happen. The breakfast included was ok which provided 4 options to choose from & complete a form the night before with our choice. The breakfast was boxed & delivered to our room each morning. There was coffee in the lobby area. Also a small store with supplies, drinks and snacks could be purchased. There was a nice park across the street with a view of the docks and water area of Morehead City.

From our room I could hear everything the people in the next room were saying. I could hear every world of their conversation. In the hallway, when they were entering and leaving the room. It was frustrating that I couldn’t talk without worrying they could hear mine as well.

Please eliminate breakfast and partner with a restaurant in the area that can provide catering or a coupon/discount. The breakfast was not very good or adequate for an adult. Also, please add a weight machine to the gym. No need for free weights. It was better than nothing, but a weight machine will give more value to the guests. For some reason I thought there would be a pool on site, but a pool would be a fantastic addition.

The staff was great and went above and beyond each and every day. The snacks and coffee was also a very nice touch.

The kitchen was not stocked well at all. We had 2 plates, 2 coffee cups that didn't match, 2 forks, 1 T. spoon, 2 teaspoons, 2 knives and the tray was dirty; that was it. The cabinets were bare! It would be nice to at least have 4 of everything. The bathroom was ok, would be better with towel bars that are not rusted, new pulls on cabinets and a better paint job. I understand that you are remodeling, keep going! The HVAC unit is very loud, maybe it needs maintenance?

The room was nice but very plain. I loved having a full-size kitchen and having a ice maker in the refrig was great, loved that I didn't have to go to the 3rd floor for ice. I did like the choices made on the style and color of the carpet and furniture in the room and in the common areas. The location was great and loved our view! We walked the docks, ate at the restaurants and drove to Beaufort. We would like to come back and see Atlantic beach, etc. and would stay again.

The breakfast that was included with the reservation was horrible. It was delivered to our room and absolutely disgusting, didn't order the second day. View from our room was a partial construction site. I'm sure it's very loud during the week.

The only hotel that was disappointing on our seven state road trip. Paper thin walls and after we had asked for a quiet room because we were tired and wanted to sleep early we were given an inter connecting room that sounded like the adjacent guest was watching TV in our room! We asked to be moved and were told we couldn't even though the hotel wasn't full, and the hotel did nothing to deal with the noise. If you don't care about a noisy hotel and poor customer service then you should still consider this hotel. We won't be returning. There were also some dead bugs in the corner of the carpet so not sure when the room was last vacuumed.
