I would have to say the pool area, the room and just the beautiful view of the location of the hotel

There was lot of elderly couples at the resort. One lady. approached me and ask if I spoke English (I am 100% Vietnamese but born and raised in America). She continue to tell me my kids are cute and that there is a family pool on the other side of the resort and that’s where they ‘belong”. Continues to tell me this is an adult only pool and children belongs on the other side. I told her we are aware there is a children’s pool on the other side and we have been coming 2x a year for the last 3 years. My children are excellent swimmers and best on their swim team. They are not yelling or distracting or disturbing or splashing. They are swimming. I thank her for her non needed feedback and told her she need to read the sign again bc it says “quiet pool” and NOT Adult only. I spoke to the girl at the front desk and she agreed with me and says the pool is open to everyone. Please update your sign so no one else get treated the way I was treated.

The staff was great. The location is great. Traveled with our 5 and 7 year old and great location as it is next to legoland. Great pool at the Cassara.

Room had fleas. Not sure if someone had a pet before we arrived. Twin beds where the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Internet was really bad in our room. Tv pixelated as we where watching live tv and was not able to use apps on tv in main room due to weak signal. Had a maintenance person come to the room and he let us know that the signal is always weak in this room. They make it hard to use your $25 daily destination charge that you are able to use on drinks and food. Should have a microwave in room.

But I’ll be very clear, staffs amazing if wasn’t Cherie Frost. Sorry this lady messed up with the vibe. She come complain to me about 3kids playing in they silent pool, I never thought about is such a thing as silent pool, I can understand if you are talking about library. She has that atitude of superiority on listed my Brazilian accent lol… I told her that was no problem I can take my kids out of silent pool if the return at list half of my $600 a night and she gave her back and walk way. Seriously? Also, she refuse the 5miles shuttle to us saying that it took very long and the driver told us that any time he would be available to us. Please, train better that ungrateful woman.

Asked for a room that was not looking at dumpster, got a room with absolutely no view look at kitchen exhaust discharge. Not funny, if I was staying longer would have been more vocal. Shame on the person who assigned us this room.

The hours of the cafe in the hotel. States they reopen for lunch at 12 but they didn’t open til nearly 1… terrible. The other guests also were so rude I nearly complained to the staff. There was an older woman who was telling my children they couldn’t splash water in the pool. Ridiculous

But, the bed was quite uncomfortable. It was very hard and my husband and I did not get a good night's rest. Also, we were charged additional fees that we weren't aware of beforehand. We were charged a destination fee and a tourism fee. Those fees were not mentioned upon check-in.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The food (honey garlic wings) were great from the hotel restaurant. The place itself was very wonderful.

The price to park my car each day, and so many fees! Wow!

The lobby was impressive upon entry. Desk associate was friendly and helpful. Those flowers!! The scent floated into our room- just spectacular!

The rooms were old. We had two rooms booked and both rooms had the sticky feeling carpet. So I’m assuming it’s just really old carpet that needs a good cleaning. The AC works but is so stuffy. Like filters need to be replaced or something. Everyone had stuffy nose at night that goes away when we leave the room. The rooms need a lot of TLC.

Location when going to Legoland is prime. It’s a short 5 minute walk from the park. They have a nice family pool, activity center and staff were nice.

The people at front desk there weren’t nice. I don’t really know what happened but any person really was nice. The night we arrived we waited for towels. Next Monday my recervation say that we have breakfast for all the people on my recervation but my daughter was didn’t have because the lady on front desk say that is mot included, the way that she talk and resolved the situation wasn’t kind.

Breakfast downstairs was very disappointing. My 8 year old daughter and I waited over 20 minutes before being greeted. Eventually walked up to the counter to order. After placing our order and waiting another 20 minutes I had to walk back to the counter to ask if I could at least have my cup of coffee, and my daughter her OJ while we waited. Our breakfast took 45 minutes to come out and the kids French Toast was too hard and dry for me to cut using the plastic utensils I had to use because we were not given silverware. The entire breakfast took an hour and a half, and most all of the food was inedible and cold. When I tried to pay my bill they couldn’t find my tab, and I had to read back my order 3 different times before eventually creating a new ticket so I could pay.

Housekeeping staff was courteous and friendly.

A ton of fees. Things Ive never heard of. Urban experience fee..this fee, that fee...kind of crazy that allowed.

Mudslide drinks at the lobby bar were incredible. All the conveniences you could need at an affordable price. So hard to find these days!!
