Mike, truly a gem, is so very helpful for us. Helped us with our luggage. Dinner and breakfast was delicious with a beautiful presentation. Truly enjoyed the stay & would return again.

Unfortunately, it was very noisy since they cleaned their Restaurant in that particular night we stayed with a high pressure cleaner. The machine was placed on the parking space directly under our hotel room window and run several hours until almost midnight and it was impossible to get some sleep until then. I guess we just have been unlucky.

We booked the Clinkscale for a one night stay on our travel from Vegas to L.A. and didn't expect much. The Hotel - especially the whole Team - exceeded our expectation by far! Paul and his team are outstanding! Very friendly and professional, in terms of hospitality the best experience we had on our 6 weeks U.S. trip! The Hotel room is very clean (thank god the one and only Hotel without carpet!) and stylish. We had dinner and breakfast in the Restaurant and would definitely give 12 out of 10 points if we could. Food and its presentation is outstanding! Whenever we'll have a chance to come back, we definitely will!

Fabulous historic building, and the restaurant downstairs was absolutely fabulous - but the best part of the stay was the wonderful staff. Everyone so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Made a great stay even better - thank you all!

Hauling our suitcases up a flight of stairs but it goes with the character of the place.

The location is right in the middle of town. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had good food (one of the few places to eat and open after 6 pm). The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Plus it has history.

Loved absolutely everything from the decor to the comfort, to the quiet…oh my gosh words cannot express how delightful our stay was!!! Have enjoyed the restaurant on several occasions, but this time we were in Jerome to enjoy a band at the Spirit Room and our desire was to have a room nearby.

We didn’t realize that the bathroom was actually in the hall, not enclosed with our room. The description should state that the bath is down the hall.

The frontier town vibe was great. We appreciated the free coffee and water as well.

The Clinkscale was a pleasant stay that exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until when we left. It's the perfect place for a couple looking for a weekend getaway. The hotel is absolutely charming and didn't feel eerie at all despite the history. The bar and grill had outstanding service, food, and drinks where we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. We plan to return every year!

A balcony would have made this room perfect. You have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the rooms. My elderly mother didn't appreciate this. But then again Jerome is made up of hills & stairs.

We stayed at the Clinkscale for 2 nights. We were able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here at the hotel and it's definitely the best restaurant in town! Great service, awesome food. We stayed in the Victorian Rose room. It's classy, clean & well appointed with a panoramic view.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. There was nothing we didn’t like about our experience with the Clinkscale!! Super clean and super friendly. :))))))

We were greeted at the door with friendly staff!! Explained everything we needed to know about our stay at the hotel. Went down for dinner after getting checked in. The food was excellent. Also went down for breakfast which was equally delicious. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Will definitely go back!!
