The valet parking is very expensive and unfortunately the roof top pool was closed but that was not indicated on website. No in room coffee. A nespresso machine would be nice to add.

Such a groovy hotel. cool design and the restaurant serves an excellent breakfast.

Rooms are not cleaned everyday. No free coffee and tea. No toothbrush and shaving kit.

Location. Very near metro station and restaurants, vonvenience stores are just around the corner

Firstly, my room was not available so they gave me another room, but the heater was not functional at the new room and it was super cold.

The location and the facilities and that the property were good.

The shower, I’ve stayed here twice and in both rooms the shower is awkward. First time one of the walls was a window facing out, of course it had a curtain over it, but still strange placement for a window. This second time the shower had a transparent foggy wall, that faced the beds, so you can imagine how strange it was to shower and give a silhouette show.

The location and the feel of the hotel was what we were looking for.

The location of the hotel is really nice. You can easily discover LA Downtown by walking or metro. The hotel room was nice and clean.

Shower setup was uncomfortable. Shower head didn’t have much pressure.

The heating/airco is controlled with an old switch-system. Fits perfectly in the vibe of the hotel but is very difficult to set to a good temperature. It was too hot or too cold to sleep. So fiddling with that took some precision work.

The location is central, there is a bar and breakfast/dinner restaurant in the hotel. Also the valet parking is super easy and not that expensive (compared to normal parking). Hotel had a very cool architecture vibe, definitely would recommend it. Also a place cold Joey’s was on a walk distance for dinner, great recommendation also.

It had a very modern but still timeless vibe to the place. I loved the open concept with the tub and room. It was a true vibe.

If you need privacy then glass shower is not for you

Basic amenities in the room, good size room. $10 per night credit is good but not enough to have a breakfast

This was a good hotel for the money. The location was excellent with easy access to lots of good restaurants and shopping. Train station was only a short walk also.

I was shocked when they told me to pay additional money for the stay while I was checking in. I saw this like a warranty payment if something got damaged in the room or if I wanted to charge a dinner/drink to it. Was my first time in the US and I wasn’t aware of this and eventually not in my budget. Maybe they can advise in advance about this so the guest can keep it in mind before arriving. Anyways if you don’t incur to use that charge they will fully refund it days after you checked out.

Location and views, friendly staff and cleanliness’s. You can use Bluetooth speakers to play your music and having a wireless magnetic charger for my phone was added value.

The room itself could have been a little bit better. The beds are not really very comfortable and they stand on a platform which makes the height between the bed and the floor to be very short, making it a little bit difficult to stand up if you're not at one of the edges of the bed on the same side as the edge of the platform.

The hotel was in general very nice with a very cool atmosphere. The location was excellent (very close to a major metro station and several options for food and shopping), breakfast at Dane's Diner was good (coffee was great) and the staff were very friendly.

I felt a bit uncomfortable in the area. The night I arrived, I felt so uneasy, and I didn't really know why.

The diner attached was tasty and high quality, we also loved the scent of the lobby and the decor.
