Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

TurkeyAt nights especially the road side of the hotel rooms were too noisy. Besides, from the bed you can see the toilet. Maybe you can use the curtain in order to have privacy, but there is no opportunity to have privacy while having shower.

United StatesThe thermostat (not a deal breaker). Just kind of old school so took some adjusting to use it. Also, this was not the hotel's fault at all, but we had some really loud people on our floor that were yelling in the hallways at random times throughout our stay. I did request that we were as far away from the elevator as possible so I think that helped.
This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Central location so we walked everywhere. We spent a day in Little Tokyo and the Arts District. Just a nice place to unplug. The staff was also super friendly and check in was a breeze since I did the precheck the day before.

The staff was incredibly nice. I was only in town for work, and so expected nothing more than a practical hotel to stay in, but the staff at the Delphi took very simple interactions and made them very friendly. They were helpful and so kind.

ThailandDaily Housekeeping was a problem. There was no system in place. Sign put out ay 11.00am room still not cleaned at 16.00 hours even though spoke to reception at 14.30 to check if on list. Music in common areas on Saturdays between 15.00 hrs -19.00 hours Unnecessary Excessive Loud music played made it impossible to sit in bar / common areas. Bar was closed during this time. Private party whilst we were there music to till 2.00 am Vibration and music felt right through room. (We stayed on the 4th floor) No kettle in rooms
Location good for Metro. Room was available after requesting early arrival a bonus. Common areas attractive design. Jazz Band on Thursday nights excellent. Room good size. Restaurant on site - only used once Female staff helpful with directions to tourist destinations Good outside seating area.

United StatesThe toilet kept running for over an hour. I reported it and expected to be offered another room but instead told they would send maintenance! Umm no! Not when you have a whole hotel with other avail rooms to offer, especially for the huge inconvenience! Brought that up and was offered another room in the end. I also don't like that pkg is so pricey @ $55 PLUS TAX! Why is parking taxed too instead of a flat fee! When I returned from my event around 1:30 am, there was no valet person to be found for 15 mins and ended up pkg my own car. I just assumed valet was closed, alerted front desk and to give my keys only to walk out with them and the valet person was sitting in a car the whole time, in front of valet stand, and we just thought that was a guest that was waiting for valet that whole time. Basically the valet person just watched us try to figure out the situation and did nothing but stay warm and comfy in the car..for the high price of $55 + tax!

United KingdomOne major issue we had was the shower. The water temperature ran from fine to cold to scalding! It was so temperamental that we decided not to shower my baby as we truly felt he could have been scalded. We mentioned it to reception upon check out so hopefully it’s fixed but it really was a shame.
Loved the hotel and it was so decadent I was very impressed with how it looked. The reception staff were lovely. The room was really lovely too. Just to note the beds are low to the floor but we loved that as my baby was happy crawling off and on the bed so was just like home. The bathroom was lovely and we really had a great stay apart from issues with the shower which put a bit of a dampener on it. This hotel is perfectly located near one of the major metro stations so made travelling around LA really easy and would recommend this hotel as a base for exploring the city.
