There was no microwave in the room but apparently you could request it. We just ate out most of the time.

I liked that the was diner and bar downstairs which made it very convenient. The shower was see thru to the bed lol. Very interesting, I wouldn’t recommend booking this room with kids because they will see you naked haha. Other than that I thought it was great.

One thing I don’t like about this hotel is their carpet is not luggage friendly. I had to put a lot of force to lift my heavy luggages. Also, when they “clean” the room, they don’t take the trash out. I came back to my room with fixed linen but trash are still in the bins.

The property is quite old but close to many restaurants, cafe and shopping center. Staff of the hotel are very helpful.

Very good location, clean and comfortable room. I liked that we could iron our cloths in the room. Also positive that they offer a 10 $ budget to spend in the bar / night . ( really good cocktails in the bar with a kind and excellent bartender)

There are not much space left in the sleep area once you out two beds there. Also could add another chair as it has a big desk. Our room windows are facing the street that you can hear the street noise.

The bathroom was clean and spacious. Within the walking distance to many downtown attractions, such as convention center and crypto.com arena. A nice onsite gym

The showers were see-through. I thought maybe fogging up the restroom would help give some privacy, but no. If you are staying with a friend or family, you have to either turn around or go out the room to give privacy. They need to add a curtain or something between the bed and shower glass. Also, parking is expensive.. $50 per day is a lot.

Staff was really welcoming and nice. They explained the $10 off per room when getting dinner or coffee at the hotel when showing your card. The hotel seemed safe and clean. The barista in the first floor was amazing and so nice!

Location is great. Easy access to public transport. Being downtown gives u also easy access to financial institutions (if one requires) and entertainment facilities.

Fantastic location, in reach of all the places where I needed to be and about 30 minutes from LAX. Staff were very helpful and on site restaurant was nice. Wifi was good.

The Hotle itself was fine but some of the staff were not very friendly and not very assistant to a handicap person. I was not aware that you have to pay for parking, but that seems to be everywhere in LA. That can be very expensive. They did not have a valet cart for me to use to help get my luggage up to the room when I asked for one the staff told me they did not have one available at that time and were not willing to get one. I also needed a ramp or wheelchair accessible and was told they did not have that available, when I spoke to the manager the next day she informed me that they indeed did have a lift for wheelchair access.

The Hotel is very clean and the staff that cleans the rooms is very good. The manager is exceptional with her customer service and gave me a discount for my inconvenience.

It’s in the middle of Downtown and near to touristic places. Has a self parking for 25$/ per night and Valet is also available. Jose the receptionist was very helpful on our demands.

Glass screen dividing the bedroom from the bathroom wasn’t ideal for family sharing.

Friendly staff, great restaurant and handy location. Valet parking spot on.

Only parking was expensive valet or parking garage. Parking garage was inhabited by homeless. Car was broken into and has many items of value stolen.

The design is great. Lobby with all of the planys is really great! Dont park with valet parking it costs 55 dolars per night and in 50 meters there is a parking 25 dolar per night

I would say the gym could do with an upgrade. And elevators could have been more faster/frequent. But besides that, everything else was great!

Everything. Customer service, restaurants, room size, location - it was the perfect stay in a great location. Well done to everyone at The Delphi. Would 100% stay there next time if I'm in DTLA.
