Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThat there was only one restaurant and limited options for food. Also I got charged 75.00 for taking some alcohol from the room. I am waiting on a reply from accounting. If I wanted to purchase something from the mini bar there isn't a price list and/or inventory. How are things logged and why wasn't I asked of charge at check out? I spent more than enough at the bar to take anything from the mini bar. Our room was also loud with running water all night. Sounded like a waterfall. The front desk was kind enough to remove the amenity charge.
The pool and grassy area were a nice place to view the bay of Miami. The gym is stunning and liked the security of the elevators.

United StatesWhat I did not like was, the check-in time wasn’t until 4:00 pm. I was able to get in my room a little after 3:00 pm, but I had actually been there since between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. Having such a late check-in time takes time away from you starting your vacation. Yes, they stored our bags for us, (while we waited for our room to become available)but when traveling the first thing I want to do, is get in my room, shower, change clothes, and prepare for my day. In my opinion, a 4 o’clock check-in time wasted a whole day of my vacation. I am not a nighttime person by 5:00 pm., I am ready to relax inside where it’s safe. I booked the room for 4 adults. However, the room was only set up for two. It was a king suite which had a king size bed and a couch bed. The bathroom only had washcloths, hand towels, and body towels for two people. There wasn’t any linen in the room for the couch bed. I had to call Room Service for the bath items and the linen. Room Service responded quickly, was very nice and pleasant, but there was definitely an English barrier. Room Service brought everything I asked for except for a complete set of bathroom items. Still no washcloths for my other two guests. Luckily, when I travel, I bring my own washcloths.
The atmosphere was pleasant the scenery out of the window of my room was awesome. The set up of the room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and respectful. I loved my stay at this hotel.

CanadaThe beds were very uncomfortable. The housekeeping service was not great (every other day). Housekeeping entered the room twice without knocking. Had to ask for service at the end of the days when provided. Bedding was stained. Valet was very expensive.
The location was great. The space in the unit was good. Facilities were good. Enjoyed the pool deck and gym.
