How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great breakfast. Spacious well appointed rooms. Everything so clean and top notch. The staff were so very welcoming and helpful. The manager went out of her way to get us information and tell us all about the old historic buildings in Anaconda. Thank you!

The remote control blinds were hard to figure out; the instructions were a bit simplified. They did say to contact the front desk if assistance was needed, however.
Clean, new, attentive staff Breakfast was really top notch for complimentary hotel breakfast. Biscuits & gravy, eggs, bacon, 2 different options of fresh assembled breakfast burritos, 2 different waffle options with traditional/ maple syrup and blueberry compote syrup. Toast, muffins, bengals, cereal, parfaits, juice and milk. Maybe even more? Breakfast bar coffee was not great but the kurig coffee in the room was fine.

The apples were old. The dinner restaurant was shut down.
The burritos were a different touch and the cranberry juice was great.

The rooms were modern but also not very cozy. I would have preferred carpet instead of laminate flooring. The toiletries were ok, I expected something nicer. They did not give nearly enough towels. The bed was hard and I slept with a board across my back.
I thought the hotel was really modern and trendy. We were put in the handicap room and the room was very wide, perfect for a wheelchair. The ceilings on the ground floors rooms are tall and the flooring is almost like cork. I really appreciate that they accept dogs and they even gave my dogs a little treat bag when we checked in. The breakfast was absolutely amazing.

Lighting is strange and kind of dark in room - more lights would be good.
Beautiful new hotel, modern and clean. Beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was great. The restaurant was good. Comfortable office chair at desk.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but not unbearable. We wish breakfast was served later! The A/C could have been colder as well, but it was just fine for the one night we were there.
We liked the simpleness of the room! It was open, light, big and welcoming. The king bed was so nice, and also had a pull out couch. Coffee machine in the room, a beautiful view of the Stack, and everything else we needed was there. The personnel were welcoming, helpful, and always smiling.

Breakfast was fresh and warm, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, not only to us but their interactions with the other guests was so kind as well. It was nice to see such care and interactions between staff and guests. Made the stay that much better!

The bare bulbs in the light fixtures were harsh and the room didn’t feel well lighted. A minor thing. The other guests huge barking dogs woke me twice during the night-really didn’t care to have them around. This is the only reason we didn’t give this stay 100%.
Breakfast was wonderful. We couldn’t believe how many choices we had. Everything was well stocked and continued to be. The food was hot and fresh. The rooms were well designed and we greatly appreciated all the grab bars.

I would honestly say this is the only issue with this hotel and its the breakfast. The hot food was terrible. The eggs have to be the powdered eggs and there was absolutely no flavor. I am also gluten free so I am limited. I also think grapes in a plastic bag is just terrible. I think if they could put a bit more money into having real eggs and decent bacon then it will be more accommodating for everyone trying to get protein. They aren't lacking in options I will say that. They do have gluten free muffins and granola bars which is nice.
I loved the rooms. They were some of the most spacious hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a good sized fridge to store food and the hot tub was excellent and very large. The restaurant Barclays is attached to the hotel and the food was good.
