Noisy street noise woke me often, bed in room 3 is a little too hard. Even though breakfast was provided through vouchers, it still would have been nice to have a little coffee station in the mansion somewhere to get guests going lol. Maybe in the entry way or dining room?

Gorgeous accommodation, we LOVE contactless, self entry/check in, stunningly beautiful, comfortable, quiet inside, nice sitting areas to relax. We loved the vouchers for The Breakfast Club (one of our favs anyway). We booked last minute for that night and chose The Gibson because the last minute price was so much less than chain motels or other places (with far less character!) offered for the at-home game weekend! Thank you!

Shower never really was hot--marginal. No cups for brushing teeth, taking pills, etc. No amenities when arriving like most B&B's other than snacks, coffee and tea.. no juice or other beverage. no explanation of the house or history

The room was beautiful and quiet. The house was very clean and elegant. There was good parking. The temperature was good. There was nice lighting.

We needed clearer instructions for regulating the AC temperature. (We were too tired to ask for help!) The white light on the AC box at the top of one wall was extremely bright, lighting up the room all night.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and well stocked, the two windows made the room welcoming and airy, and the lighting was perfect and wonderfully adjustable. Loved the electronic keys!

The bed was a little hard for us, and I thought the price was a little high. It would have been nice to have a hot tub.

The room did face the road which was quite noisy with the window open, especially during the day but quieted down in the evening. It was quite warm the day I was there so due to the road noise I could not open the window for fresh air in the evening. However, of course, this would not be a problem during the cooler times of the year.

I loved how easy check-in was. The mansion is beautiful, the room was beautiful, clean and very comfy. It was also very private. The bed was extremely comfortable and was by far the best night's rest of the trip. The grounds are also very nice and parking is easy.

Propane firepit in the garden would not ignite.

Contactless checkin was easy! Room was meticulous. 24/7 cereal and snack bar was an extra fun offering for midnight munchies! Voucher for restaurant across the street for breakfast was great. Comfortable beds/bedding; like sleeping in the clouds but with supportive mattress. Highly recommend!

I wake up slowly- so would have preferred breakfast at the mansion- but am allergic to grains. The folks at the breakfast club were swell. But I am not a burrito fan or egg bowls . Still it was very nice of GM to give this option.
