Parking was horrible, I had to drive around the parking lot 3 times to find a parking space. At one point I parked in handicap to wait for a vehicle to leave so I can take their previous parking space.

The bed was hard. We had to wait three days for new towels and tissue paper. No breakfast with our stay even though it came with complimentary breakfast.

$100 deposit is little steep. Still waiting for it to be put back into my account. No parking gated area had to park outside.

I didn't particularly appreciate that people were walking around, skating, and wandering through the hotel and parking lot. It didn't make me feel safe. Also, my room smelled like cigarettes so bad, and it was supposed to be non-smoking.

Baseboards and wall area surrounding Baseboards where grime and made me feel uncomfortable so I decided not to stare at that. Doors in bathroom seem to be very old and are peeling at bottom. No screen doors on balcony that was scary for me with kids.No elevator. Jacuzzi had dirt on floor inside jacuzzi could ne kept up better. Not enough towels for the family size I indicated. Most importantly they took a deposit and have taken the longest to put it back in my bank account the longest any hotel has taken.

Room was clean. And had enough space. It had a fresh smell. Air conditioner helped. The view to pool was great. The style of old Spanish building was great and gave a good vibe.

There was construction being done the water had to get shut down. We couldn’t use the sink toilet or shower.

Guy at front desk was super helpful and had good vibes! Loved the stay it was super clean n nice n location was close to Disney parks. I came in a group of 6 n got 3 rooms n all of us couldn’t be happier.

We booked a suite but was told they couldn’t accommodate our ada needs so they switched us to 2 rooms. There was mold on the walls and cockroaches coming down the walls. It was definitely not a good place to stay. We stayed one night then moved to a different hotel for the second night.

That the room was not vacummed the shower was dirty there was hair and a big spider in the shower. The bed sheets from all the beds were dirty stains and hair. When i told the front desk it took them 30 minutes to give me clean sheets didnt aploligize about the room shows that they know these rooms are not clean. Never once did we get clean sheets or trash taken out. Furniture in the room.was dusty and sticky carpet was never vaccumed will never stay at this property again .

Only thing I would warn is the bed covers barely fit the beds which is not so good when you share a bed with another cuz the blankets won’t cover both of you so maybe bring some extra blankets. Also pillow cases were itchy. But for the price by Disneyland that is nothing to complain about so we got a really good deal!

Wonderful location near Disneyland only 10 minutes away! Not in a traffic area so really good location near plazas and food places. Next the room we got had three beds which fit our big family: super nice having a king room with a door leading to the two queens bedroom where are kids slept. The room was very clean, nice bathroom with a clean tub to give my kids baths. Also the carpet was clean which is a bonus!
