Rooms not cleaned and sanitized correctly.I got bit on the leg by some type of bug . Receptionist rude and slow.Parking lot sketchy lots of weird people hanging out there .Hair on pillow and inside the fridge.

Somebody stole my sons IPad from our pickup. I called the receptionist and supposedly nobody has it but when i track it it's saying that its there in the hotel

Receptionist was rude and I asked for early check in at 2 it was approved but room wasn’t ready until after 3 when I finally got to my room it was not a clean room there was a dirty used towel hanging from shower, toilet paper was almost out , hair on bed , socks from previous guest under bed dirty used cups under bed room was obviously not vacuumed, hair inside fridge so I wasn’t able to use it I opened the drawer by sink and it had something that looked disgusting overall not a good stay will not be recommending this hotel I almost forgot to mention cigarette ashes on desk and tv didn’t work it turned on but I couldn’t change channel or volume and I couldn’t turn it of

I was not given a room key since they had none available. I was forced to wait for the night staff to come open my door, not something I look forward to when trying to go to sleep at 12 am

The beds were old and uncomfortable. The room was nothing in the picture posted online. The pool was dirty trash inside and on the common ground of the property they didn't have elevator to take you to 2nd floor so had to carry our luggage upstairs. In the lobby there is no A/C and small children were running around the property of all hours with out parents watching them and the property did not do anything also people were making loud noise during the night up to 4Am and nothing was done about that and happened almost every night. Housekeeping did not clean my room unless I notified the front desk which is not cool. If I am staying a week they should be cleaning my room especially when I leave the sign on the door asking for service. There was also homeless people that hanged out by the property.

The only thing I liked was the room was big enough for our family of 6. And close to Disneyland.

EVERYTHING!!! The WORST hotel experience I have EVER HAD! It appears that an entire clan of "travelers" living fulltime at this hotel, they sit with room doors open, hang their laundry outside to dry, hang out and drink in the parking lot and their small (3-5yo) children room from room to room screaming and playing until 11pm. We literally had to stop driving to avoid hitting them in the parking lot, and after parking and walking to our room they followed us and kept touching our belongings. The entire place was covered in disposed beverage cans, food wrappers and trash.

Hallways smelled terrible...bathroom inside the room was falling apart...TV did not work...hotel staffer said he could get maintenance to replace but could take hours...bed was extremely stiff...felt like sleeping on a wooden box...when I checked out and discussed with the front desk my complaints, he said because I booked third-party NO discount or refund will be given...IF THIS IS STANDARD PROCEDURE, that if you book through a third-party vendor abd no discounts abd/or refunds can be provided, I will never use Booking.com or any other third-party vendor again!!

The poor quality of bedding and pillows, there was like refugees living in the hotel and children running free without parent supervision in the lobbies and outside of the hotel, during there was drug addicts in the parking lots and sketchy individuals scooping out cars. drug addicts or drug dealers that reeked of marijuana roaming the hallways, I was nervous to leave my room. I also found a broken crack pipe under one of the beds that the kids were laying in and at the end of my stay I seen cockroach in the bathroom.

Room was so so clean on the first day, second day was not clean, not cleaned up as it was supposed, room were clean, they never cleaned up on the following day, talk to the manager and he advised me to talk to booking to make a claim and request the money back.

Some of the new.. clients are a little on the ghetto side.. I had to listen to some gypsies talk on the phone at 1:30am while she chain smoked in the parking lot all night..

I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel. It was dirty, they had people staying there that were loud and made a lot of mess. We found trash underneath the beds. On our second morning we found a bed bug. The hotel staff was somewhat accommodating. We checked out two days early and he said he'd give us a full refund. I'll see if that happens in about two weeks.

The room my family and I stayed at was horrible. Roaches in the “kitchen area” stained carpet throughout the unit. Not enough towels if so very short and little good size for a baby. Mold in bathroom/tub area very few tv channels to watch smelled like cigarette although it stated it was a non smoke area Crack heads everywhere bad area overall.

Bedsheets looks dirty, bathroom is dirty, none of the staff speaks english, no breakfast, rude man on the front desk, the wall is so thin i could hear the snore in the other room. And they put my family close to the laundry room. Very bad experience in that hotel
