Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandThe location was great. A lot of bars and restaurants at the side of the hotel. The price was reasonable and the room was clean. I didn't like the food options, I felt they were quite limited. There could have been a better variety of food for lunch and breakfast. The room was quite small and a bit out dated. There was a lot of noise from cars going into and coming out of the car park .

AustriaVery impersonal, check in and check out is done via machines. Takes forever to get anywhere and the layout is very confusing which is kind of typical for Vegas Hotels but still annoying. Our toilet was clogged due to no fault of ours and it took over an hour to get fixed when we desperately needed to use the bathroom. The room itself was nice, water pressure was okay, garage was 20$ a day with in and out privileges.

AustraliaWe had a strip view. Unfortunately that means you are also next to the live concert area which starts in the afternoon and plays until 1 am every night. When you have to be on a tour at 5.30am not the best. If we had been advised of this on check in we would have asked for another room. Housekeeping doesn’t automatically come. Again was not advised of this at check in. Good location otherwise.

EgyptThe hotel can be a bit overwhelming, in terms of noise and crowds. But that's Vegas, not the hotel per se.
The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a nice cafe downstairs with good coffee. The location is incredible, and the LINQ promenade is very nice.

United StatesWhen we arrived in our room the phone didn't work because someone disconnected the receiver. We also had to call maintenance twice to fix the safe. The desk had big scratches on it. Lastly, it would be nice if the casino area near the check-in & Bell Desk had no smoking.
The hotel is in a great location. Nice restaurants plus the affordable In N Out were nearby. The room was very quiet & the desk was kind enough to give us a room near the elevator since I'm on a new medication that gets me out of breath easily. Check-in/check out was easy. Stowing our luggage on our last day was easy. The rates were very affordable.

United StatesThe property itself was great! Only issue is we had a king room booked and got stuck with two queens. We had a late flight in from Florida, close to midnight, but the hotel was notified of the late check in & didn't seem to be an issue. Upon arrival the room I booked was no longer available, so we got stuck with smaller beds. The front desk agent said they could possibly get us "moved" into the king room the next day if it became available. Because that's what people want to do after a long day of travel, wait & move again. Overall, the hotel/property/area was great! I'd definitely recommend it to people, just be weary your requests may not be accommodated, even if said they would. Definitely left me feeling underappreciated for a trip we were excited for!

New ZealandVery pricy within the complex. We stayed 3 days and not a single interaction with a staff member (maybe not a bad thing!). Noisey hallways at night with others coming and going. Had a random lady knocking on door one morning looking for her room, then another morning had paramedics and police outside dealing with someone who was comatosed outside our door in the hallway.
Great location. We were out most of the time exploring so only there to sleep. Room was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Served its purpose.
