No complaints!

Everything went well! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The beds were clean and comfortable! Housekeeping would come daily to clean the rooms, change the sheets, and provide a fresh towel. The location was solid! You're only a few minutes away from the nearest train stations which can easily get you to Manhattan (via E or M trains) or Queens (7 or G trains) with ease! Oh, and there's an amazing rooftop view of the Williamsburg bridge and Manhattan that I still miss.

The Kitchen was full of flies, I had to cover anything I had to keep them off as I prepared food. Other residents left a lot of junk in the drain catches and crumbs on the counters. Every time I washed something I ended up emptying the drain traps. 2 bananas and some turkey cold cuts I had in the kitchen with a name label on them were taken.

The private room was clean and I liked it was at the end of the hall and I didn't have another room adjoining mine so it was quiet. The staff members were courteous and helpful, such as with directions and with calling my car when I wanted to go to the airport.

There’re some flies in the kitchen. The staff has put the flies killer, but it doesn’t seem to kill them all. Hope they can find a way to minimize the number of flies in it.

My go-to place when traveling on a budget. Great location that can't be beat, super-friendly staff, reasonably priced accommodations, and good vibees.

I didnt't like that the hostel stayed for 3 days without hot water in the showers, so I had to take cold showers during my stay. I also didn't like that the room had a window, but it was no possible to open it, so the air was heavy because of the air conditioned and the bad circulation. I didn't like the bad conditions of the locker, it was fragil and all the lockers of my room stayed a little bit opened. I also didn't like that in the room we had no place to sit (I had a bed at the second 'floor' and couldn't sit in the other beds, so I had to stand when putting on my shoes, organizing things in the locker or putting my phone to charge at the sockets next to the locker).

I liked tha staff. All of them were very kind during my stay. I also liked the bed, it was comfortable. I liked the kitchen and the food of the coffee of the hostel. And the localization was good, near to the subway.

Nothing, ac loud, room unclean, NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER . The two ladies I shared room with said it’s been an issue for weeks as well as housekeeper. Why rent a room knowing there is no hot water to shower. Ongoing issue. Not close to any food. Staff knocked on my door 4 times making it very I peaceful to sleep. MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE

Nothing really, my aim was to sleep and eat there, then leave during the day for my daily activities. It was perfect, I have no complains.

The reception was warm, I arrived late at night, and I checked in without any hassle. The room I stayed in was super clean, and the AC was on to chill and bring in fresh air. Lovely place

The kitchen was a little dirty every time I would go in there but that's not really the hostel's fault. More of the people staying at the hostel's fault but the hostel did a good job of trying their best to keep it clean.

Use the bag storage before our room was ready and the staff member at the front desk was very helpful and was very pleasant. All the staff members I encountered during my stay were very nice! Even got complimented on my outfit which was very nice!! I always feel at home when I stay at this hostel.

Amazing hostel! The staff are very friendly and always explain everything to make sure you know how they run things even if you stay with them multiple times just in case you forgot. The location is also very nice and I always enjoy staying here.

the shower was TINY and the curtain didnt stop water from splashing out of the tiled area. my pillow and sheets had makeup stains (or maybe blood?)

The room was not clean, we found hairs on the floor and in the shower. The bed was uncomfortable and there is no noise canceling. The bar downstairs did not have any bottle of water
