Very thin walls and ongoing construction throughout the building. Very unorganized check in. Could not locate my reservation from booking.com. My family had the same experience with different reservations. Unfriendly front desk staff. Very disappointing for an IHG hotel.

The staff was amazing, but I will not be back there ever again. The AC did not work in the room and it was very hot even though it wasn’t the winter time 80° in the room.

Needs updating room was dated and wall paper coming away from walls , bathroom dated , limited plugs for charging devices I do understand the hotel is going through renovation we where on floor 9 which wasn’t modern hopefully in time they will be just like the pictures on booking.com

Great location for New York just 2 minutes away from Times Square , staff are friendly , instant hot water in our room , bed was comfy , good amount of channels on the TV when you get back to the room, good price for location (booked through booking.com so had a good deal)

The staff was very kind and I loved the location. The hotel offers rides to the airport as well which is helpful.

We stayed in the 10th floor and it is extremely dated. The hallway to our room is dark, the paint is chipping and the carpets are discolored and dirty. The AC is the room is managed by the staff. Our room was stuffy at first and had a smell. We had no way to circulate the air.

The location is perfect. It is in the theater district and a few blocks from Central Park.

The tv, heat, and phone did not work. No refrigerator. Neighbors were so loud and smoked weed all night. Will not stay here again

Rooms are in terrible condition for the price. Should have been renovated long ago. We were moved upon request, along with many other guests, to "better" rooms. Newly renovated rooms are better, but still have problems.

Manager moved us to a better room when we complained about the terrible condition of our room. She also said she would remove some of the fees/taxes.

The room we had needed updating such as wallpaper coming off the wall, lack of ability to control the room temperature and a mattress that need to be replaced, worn carpeting, etc.

The location was fabulous within walking distance of many major attractions or a subway stop readily at hand.

It is worn, tired and not very clean. We never got a full compliment of towels. There were liquid soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Only the soap one worked and one was quite obviously broken.

One of the room was not matching the pictures. It was a really old room and there not was even a USB to be able to charge the phone with my cable. It is vital. Also, the matter was really old, the paper from the wall was broken and better if you dont see how the sink (below) it was. 100% rusty) We booked two rooms. One of them was the awful one I described and the other one was in a renovated floor, so the room matched the pictures and was nice and confortable.

No control panel to controlling the HVAC, Could not be adjusted the heater by own , the room tempature went up to 39 degree celsius which was crazy!!! have to call hotel staff to find the handyman to turn on/off the heater. So disturb!

Rooms were old and not clean (many hairs in the bathroom). The water machine was broken on many floors. We had to go 4 floors down to find one working. The breakfast isn’t actual breakfast: just 1 muffin and drink for take away. No place to sit.

Location is great. Building is very pretty from the outside.
