Breakfast was delicious but with limited options (we could only choose from two), especially inconvenient if you have dietary restrictions. This might be because of the off season, I am unsure.

Clean and seemingly new hotel. Staff very friendly, good coffee, comfortable (more on the soft side) and big bed, large room, comfortable bathroom. Bar Harbor and the national park is amazing.

The pillows were all soft material. I was looking for a solid stuffed pillow and had a heard time sleeping on of the nights due to that.

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed hotel! It was extremely quiet, the staff was friendly, and it was very clean. Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay on the off season.

Breakfast was excellent, especially when the main chef cooked breakfast. Since we stayed during the Christmas holidays, most stores and attractions were closed, but Olivia and Brandon came through for us and recommended wonderful local sites for us to enjoy. Since it was about a block away, we were also fortunate to have favorable weather conditions to walk through the land bridge during our stay. We also were fascinated with the land bridge appearing and disappearing with the tides.

Everything! The property is beautiful! The room, serene and relaxing. The bed was like a cloud. The staff, without exception were all so friendly and professional. The breakfast that was included was stellar! I didn’t want to leave. I’ll be back for sure!Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Good off season price. Location right in town. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean with everything new. Easy check in and out. Breakfast included was good and fresh.

I wish that the lobby had a few more seating options to hang out in, although the dining room area was available during the day and you could sit at the tables/booths if you wished. This may change in the future, however, since I heard rumor that they will be opening their restaurant beyond the breakfast hours once they have established themselves more fully (when we stayed here the hotel had only been open for two months).

The breakfast was excellent and rare in this day and age of "gerbil cereal containers" and box mix waffles. We had a sit-down breakfast with homemade pastries and a savory and sweet option, which included fresh fruit and sausage or ham. The waiter was super sweet and the dining room was delightful and decked out for the holidays. In the afternoons, they put out tea, coffee, and cookies/brownies for people to enjoy.

The Pathmaker was beyond amazing. Beds were so comfortable and temps were able to be controlled. The free breakfast was beautifully presented and was both unique and delicious! I got tiramisu french toast. The staff went fast above and beyond for me and my sister when we had a car mishap and we are so thankful for them! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel all around. Super sweet staff. The place is beautiful right on Cottage street. The room couldn’t be any more comfortable to come back to after spending time in Acadia. Also, kudos to their chef. Fantastic & tasty breakfast each morning!
