My room had not been vacuumed in a VERY long time and the wash cloth used by the previous guest was still hanging from the shower head. This was pretty disappointing.

The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were great! the food in the restaurant was well prepared, hot and tasty. My waitress was very attentive and courteous.

Furniture was not comfortable in room and hotel lobby. Too low to be able to get.out of chairs easily. Room was cool at night and having an extra blanket available would have been great.

Very convenient area, easy walking, service and food was great. Having a room with a balcony was an added benefit to sit out at night. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Elizabeth at breakfast and Christina at night at the bar. Great time and stay

There was no Kleenex/tissue in the room. I requested it from cleaning staff and was told there was none. There is a sign in the bathroom asking guests to conserve towels. There is one hook in the bathroom. Two people shower, use bath towels, wash clothes and face towels. There is no place to hang them after use. Conserving means reusing these wet things for two days. Add towel bars if you expect us to reuse them. No one to assist with luggage when arriving or leaving.

Me and my son stayed here for one night only as we were supposed to book Westin Sarasota but it was fully booked out, so we decided to stay here for one night. It was a very good stay, our double bed room on level 1 over looking the swimming pool. The room was nice and clean, and comfy, so was the bathroom. But overall, it’s pretty standard room and stay. I tried their bar at night, the atmosphere was good, the staff were friendly. I loved travel, and documenting my travels on my Youtube Channel - Alan Law Sydney, you can check out some videos there.

I spent most of my vacation at Siesta Key so the location was convenient. Awesome pool party on Labor Day weekend!

Love the modern vibes of the hotel. The simple yet beautiful design is so my style. Very friendly staff. Love the outside pool deck area with a hot tub, ping pong, cornhole, and jenga. Love the giant window and mirror in the room. And I love that animals are welcome!

Wasn't aware ahead of time it was valet parking only, could have been better prepared if notified ahead if time. Was given the wrong room style. Noticed a few ants on the walls. Also water pressure was not good at all.

It is embarrassing that this hotel will try to charge almost $1k a night. The location is very odd. To valet you’re pulling up on the side of the street rather than in a parking lot or away from normal traffic. There is a big stain on the carpet to greet you when you walk in. The room is lack luster. Typically with luxury hotels they’ll have some type of clean scent flowing through the common areas-there was none of that. But when you walk into the room there was the strongest smell of bleach as if they just cleaned a dead body. The bed looks as if they forgot half of the bedding. There’s a yellow couch that looks like they found it behind a dumpster. The doors to the room are supposed to be white but there are scuff marks all over making it look really run down. I am in absolute disbelief that they would commit this type of false advertisement to market this trashy hotel as artsy. This needs an overhaul and a complete makeover. But why try to charge as if this is a luxury hotel?!

The only positive was the check in counter. The manager had top tier customer service.

Hated the mandatory unmentioned junk fees and taxes you're charged each night you stay... A $28 destination Fee +! a destination fee TAX!! is unbelievably ridiculous your amenities are the very things customers look at when d decided where to stay therefore if you're going to charge additional fees for those things it should be transparent and upfront not unexpected and UNKNOWINGLY placed on your final bill. Not good for a customer to leave feeling duped or hoodwinked by a sneaky junk fee + junk fee tax increasing my bill another unexpected $60 for 2nights. not to mention state taxes on additional things purchased at the hotel like dinner or upgrading the room.. For some people traveling on a very specific budget that would be quite a shock requiring them to reevaluate their vacation

I specifically asked the hotel and concierge if there was covered parking provided as we were in the midst of a tropical storm. When I checked out, my car was brought to the entrance and it was littered/covered with debris. Had I know this I would have never stayed. In addition, the rooms were antiquated, A pre-Aloft type of place. The doors closed so loudly that I was constantly awakened all night.

I really don’t like service because it was lots of misunderstandings and mistakes going on. One of them was today when I was having breakfast with my family. I have been charged for some beverages even we had breakfasts included (some kind of embarrasing situation when somebody’s claimed that we didn’t pay for it via booking.com, when we had the confirmation of paying for its). In my bill I got also charged for water and different drinks that it shouldn’t be. I hope next time service will improve. Beside that we had not properly working knock to open the door, You need to use whole power every time- this price is not worth it.

Gym was kind of cool. Car valet parking working nicely. Pool was ok. Bigger with warm water and small with cold one.

The bathroom was gross. If I didn't have my slippers on, I was walking on my tiptoes to avoid contact w the grout on the floor. I also saw water bugs of some sort in the bathroom. THE POOLS, FOOD, OUTDOOR BAR, & DRINKS were phenomenal!
