The A/C wasn’t very cold, the beds were hard and the floor was a little dirty. We also received the code late.

Didn’t like lack of response from booking host/ management. Used dishes in my minfrisge. Damaged walls in bathroom. No soap/shampoo. Need a new cleaning staff and host company.

Bed not very comfortable but we was not there to sleep. Cleaning lady was super disrespectful when I told her I needed to get in the bathroom. Property Manager was very nice & made it up to us. We will definitely stay again

The A/C controls were missing. I called immediately & no one came to help for days. I was hot & uncomfortable. No host or customer service. Asked for refund of my first night. Not do so. A Strange couple appeared at our door at 8 pm with suitcases & not have reservation. They did not speak English. I felt uncomfortable about the safety of this situation at night. The bed was not comfortable & broken headboard. I notified staff & nothing was done.

The only thing that was not up to par with the rest of the room were the beds. They were flimsily and the mattresses, even though very new, are of very low quality, the kind that doesn't provide much support at all to your body. Since we stayed only for 1 night, that was doable. But if you are staying for more then 2 nights on those mattresses, you may need to see a orthopedic doctor later. And if you give those beds any "action", you may have your "incidentals deposit" forfeit since most likely those beds would collapse and you'd be charged for breaking them down.

Location was exceptional! 1 minute walk and you are on the beach, literally. Apartment was super clean, AC worked really well, everything brand new really. We stayed at unit #6 and it looked like everything in there was recently remodeled. Great value for your money.

apartment was poorly cleaned and bellow averade in general. After another set of several calls to the emergency nunber next day finally spoke to a gentleman. Explained that the smoke detector battery was low and was beeping contantly reminding of low batery. waited nearly 6 hours for replacement. asked also for bath room towels since there was none. gentleman was very apologetic and told be they should be delivered shortly. ended my rental left and they were never delivered, spent entire rental showering and drying myself with a small beach towel found on a closet. There are signs with rules everywhere showing heavy fines if rules are broken by tenants yet management doesnt comply with their own promisses . there is no present manager or worker on site poor cleaning inside no cleaning at all outside seems like a virtual management, very poor without any supervion. I will never come back, do not recomend to anyone.

Lock box didnt work, spent three hours calling and leavjng messages to eventually speak with Tatiana. eventually was able to open the lock box on my own Box was replaced with a new one next day

How my eyewear stuff were thrown away after I emailed the property of it being left there. Was 125 dollars worth of eye medication and solution there. And how thin the walls are I heard word for word all night with the neighbors.

I did not like the check in procedure: very late check- in (16:00) and very inflexible with check-in hours. I had to wait 20 minutes outside the apartment because check ins are “at 16:00 hours” and not a minute earlier. That’s not customer friendly at all.

Clean and spacious studio. A few steps from the beach. Quiet and safe environment. Would definitely recommend!

We had issues with no remote control for the air conditioning therefore we slept all nite with an air conditioning on 79 when outside was hot , you couldn't even open the windows , there was no handsoap in the bathroom and the shower was clocked the water was not going down well.

No paper towels in the kitchen, there was black hair on the bathroom wall where the shower is n wasn't my hair..couldn't flush toilet paper in the toilet. The towels were dingy they could have done better with those cheap towels.

No mattress pads, just very thin, low quality sheets over the mattress. The shower and bathroom sink drains get backed up and drain very slow. The company We Rent that manages the place is obnoxious. They call you when you get there, email you, text you. Then they do the same thing when you leave. They bombard you with emails asking for your personal information over and over even after you have given it to them.
