How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Having breakfast served instead of a buffet style isn't great, since you have tip and sometimes it took a long time for us just to get some scrambled eggs with bacon. There's some noise from the road, but nothing terrible.
The rooms are very spacious and the beds were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and check-in was really easy. Great parking. Breakfast was good. Great value for money.

The hallway carpets were dirty, but the room was clean. There were absolutely no frills.
My expectations were met because I read other reviews. The place has some dressed up spots for photos I guess. The rooms and hallways are (freshly) painted white and the hotel is under renovation. The breakfast was very good, and the servers were outstanding. It was relatively close to the airport and very close to the Florida Turnpike, which is exactly what I wanted. It was a one night stay that served my needs at a very reasonable price.

It should be noted in the description that this "hotel" is part of an assisted living community ....for clarity and full disclosure. Also signage out front could be more prominent with lighting at night time. Also there was no view or washer/dryer in the unit I was in.
The location was good... close to restaurants, right off the Florida Turnpike and near the Florida Mall. I appreciate the free Wifi, parking, fridge and microwave in the room. The a/c was great.

Everything was fantastic even though we only stayed one night. I would have love to stayed longer! The parking lot was a little dark especially leaving earlier with my child for the airport.

Pet fee is abusive for short stay $75.00. One night pet fee is about the same price as 2 people in a king room! I guess if you're staying for a week its okay... but 1 night that's not acceptable!
Very nice staff, Great room with kitchen, refrigerator, microwave. No dishes or cooking items but we have our own from the truck. Bathroom is nice and clean with nice towels and good size shower. Semi-truck parking (free). Good location, quiet. We was not able to stay for breakfast but it sounds like it would be good...

The elevator was CREEPY, like straight out of a horror movie creepy. The air conditioner units in the room were SO LOUD, but they did work well once they got up and running if you kept them on. The kitchen had no utensils in it. I think I saw something posted that you could check things out from the front desk, but we did not realize that until the day we were leaving. There is a skilled nursing facility next door so in the 4 days that we were there we saw ambulances and fire trucks in the parking lot at least once/day. I do not like that I paid more for it than I would have liked in light of all of the weird things, but it was safe and got the job done.
The breakfast was wonderful. An odd experience, just like being in an assisted living facility really, but wonderful. The room size was very large and could accommodate a lot of people. There were lobby cats, and the black one had a human looking face, and that was cool. Full size fridge. Not a scary location, it was safe enough. The front of the building has some pretty plants.

Rooms are clean and big. Everything’s was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. It is quiet and safe. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Christina at the front desk made my trip fantastic. She provided great customer service and was very accommodating. She makes this hotel even better!

The room I was given was supposed to be updated but it was only the flooring that was updated. Fixtures and Furniture were old and in general appeared that all the furniture was found at garage sales. The e bathroom was not clean, it smelled like a man’s urinal, although it looked clean. The mattress was semi comfortable, and covered by foam mattress topper.
The people at the hotel were generally very nice and polite.
