the villa in building 24 seemed old. we loved the villas in the 5000 building.

Hard to get to front office on one side of street have to drive behind and around another hotel to get to hotel. Lots of attractions closed ( big slide, zip line, etc) they don't inform you until you get there although I called a week prior and was told something completely different and they don't tell you that there's a separate fee for the other attractions until after you've started checking in. Anything you need like towels, tissue, or laundry detergent you must travel to the front office to pick it up yourself. I was told about a property tour although I asked if it was a timeshare and told no the issue was Noel and his boss Mark. Noel threatened that I would have to pay full price for a room not knowing I rented from booking and not an owner so it WAS NOT mandatory for me and kept telling me i couldn't afford a timeshare when I declined and asked to leave he became hostile and growled at me. Mark encouraged his behavior by trying to downplay my plans which I told them were more important than purchasing a timeshare. Rather than thanking me for coming and letting me and my 3 children who had been there for 3 hours go he starting talking then sucked his teeth said I'm not doing this threw up a sheet of paper in front of his face as he sat across the table from me and whispered something to Noel who brought another person over. Bottom line I'll never return here idc how beautiful the property looks its very distasteful and lacks even basic customer service on the ENTIRE property! Do yourself a favor and visit legacy down the road!!

I didn’t like they put my money on hold I didn’t hold my money when they ask plus the time share they were pushy if I don’t have it I don’t have it no one can make me have something I don’t have and lied that they have breakfast

I live the rooms my kids were able to have fun without us leaving off the facility and the staff was amazing

No arcades, place very outdated, sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and old.

The entire staff was very nice and welcoming, very helpful. The facility was well maintained and clean but the villas are very outdated, there is no arcade although there are some activities on premises.

Arrival I asked about my family joining me and my wife to attend the amenities… the person at the front desk said they could come to the room, but couldn’t interact with us at the amenities. It was super hard to get in contact with the front desk and we didn’t see any security. The last night we were there, my wife went to the restroom and was met with palmetto roaches 🪳 that attempted to jump at her.

The room was a great size, the bed was comfy and the in room jacuzzi was great.

Several pools on the property, fun for everyone. My children love the crab pool and the one by the bar with the 2 slides. The suites are very spacious I love to sit on the balcony in the mornings with my coffee. and the beds are super comfy

Everything was good just don't like staying on first floor and room was on 1st floor but my fault didn't request not too.

Amenities were available for the kids even at sister facilitie was made available and not even that didn't you didn't have to drive you could walk right across the street
