The person doing the parking passes would not take no for an answer. The villa was far from the office and difficult to find.

Toilet was not working well the elevators wasn't working in the morning and none of the amenities was open the rock climbing the jumpy bounce the zip line none of them things will open and that's why I booked that room

the properties are split and shared, so you have to walk across the street. they don’t tell you or give you the option to book a Villa with a personal porch. the pictures made it seem like everyone came with one…

The resort is amazing! there is alot to do, plenty of space and pools. the Villa comes very equipped, I was able to cook all weekend without needing a thing. the staff is very very friendly! they were amazing!

After using jacuzzi tub in the room and water drained you can tell they didn’t clean the jets because all the yuck inside of there was around the tub.

It was a very nice place to stay. Several pool areas. Starbucks on site!!! The room was spacious and definitely a great price. We will be staying here again.

After checking in our room, the toilet didn't work, maintenance man was in the room till 2 AM (yes 2 AM) trying to fix it. Finally I said enough till tomorrow, spend the entire next day of waiting on and off for diff maint techs to fix it. Wasn't pleased, and requested another room. 2nd room was perfect, they should have done that from the start!!! Pool bar drinks were WAY too expensive, if they lowered the price I'm sure they'd have more business.

Once we changed rooms everything was fine. Pools were very nice, lots of chairs, good pool bar, clean restrooms and lots of kids activities. Pool bar had really good food and food prices were decent.

I didn't like that the kids area was only open at certain times for zip lining. Rock climbing etc. And that the big slide wasn't open often.

The staff was super friendly ! All of the guys and Mary were Amazing!!@ the Manager Collis was spectacular. Only dealt with one rude staff member which I believe her name was Aline . Overall everyone was Phenomenal.

I absolutely loved the staff outside of the girl that was working the front desk outside where they serve drinks/ice cream right before you enter zip lining. I believe her name was Aline. She was very rude and had no customer service. However, all of the guys that worked there and the zip lining, rock climbing area were absolutely phenomenal!

Pictures are misleading in that all units presented on site show a balcony but our unit had no balcony and we were put off to conclude our stay without rectification even though balcony units were available. Our unit was imediately above a garage that is used by cleaning staff. So, like clock work awakened every morning around 6am by noisy garage door openings and closings.

Overall the property was roomy, comfortable, and accessible with elevator access.

My jacuzzi tub was dirty in my room and the employees at the front desk kept calling me asking me if I was in my room and if I got my parking pass which I thought was really weird

I like the room sizes but I paid for a one bedroom that said it was $750 ft and the room I was put in was more like 550 ft

private outside area on 1st level backed up to some construction site so from 7am-4pm when we were j. the room heard loud noises and beeping from trucks. rather annoying. also washer did not work properly so had to have them drain water out. scared to use again.
