Water pressure could be better The couch was a little hard.

Our flat was the cutest. The 3 pools were super clean.

Everything was perfect! Check-in was smooth! The one issue we had was fixed right away. 3 different pool areas great for the little ones to enjoy! Movie showing by the pool side. We stayed 7 days and we enjoyed every moment looking forward to staying again soon.

The room was outdated, air conditioner was so loud that sounds like it has an issue. Toilets were old and sounded like the water was constantly running. Buildings were initially hard to find, could use some signs.

Pool area and bar were great and everything seemed well maintained and clean. Mattress was comfortable. The 1 bedroom is still a very spacious condo.

My request not fully honored and since our flight got us in early I was assured that all my requests would be honored and they wasn’t. My unit faced a highway and parking lot with equipment trucks making loud noise. Our jetted tub had mold in all the jets and bathrooms wasn’t cleaned

Was informed, when we got there that our rate required us to attend their presentation, which we absolutely did not want to do. Had I known, I definitely would've booked elsewhere. They claim it's not a high-pressure sales pitch, but it is. We told them we had park tickets for that day, and they assured us it would only be 90 min. 3 hrs later, we were still trying to get our driver's license back, and get out of there. Then, they got prenty hateful, when we insisted on leaving.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub was great, though it's shared with 2 hotels. Restaurant/bar was great!

It seemed old and outdated, the kids really didn’t enjoy how the property was setup. Having to cross the street to use amenities was a big disappointment. The Starbucks was horrible, they charged Starbucks prices, but they didn’t have everything to complete your order. There were no restaurants on the immediate property that we could find. It also smell like it had been or was still mold in the laundry room, it had us all scratching and itching the entire stay. We got there March 23 2024 and left 0300 Mar 28 2024, couldn’t take it anymore!

It was close to Walmart, Publix and shopping.

We did not actually get to stay on the property because they moved us to their sister property about 20 mins away. I had made the reservation several months in advance and they moved us the day before we left to go on vacation. It wouldn’t have been such an inconvenience but we had more family with us so were separated and had to drive back and forth and some plans got changed. We tried to get moved back but they did not accommodate us. It’s funny that they moved us as soon as we paid. They could have at least gave us a choice to just cancel or find us another hotel our choice. It’s like what is the propose of planning when they just put you where they want you. I don’t know if it was booking.coms fault or the resorts fault. But we will probably use another service and another resort on our next trip.

The location was good. Right between Universal and Orlando and Disney World. The bed and room were comfy, felt clean. The full kitchen was excellent. Several pools to choose from and was great for my kids.
