Wasn’t able to use WiFi for work because it wasn’t working I called the office they told me I can come to office to use WiFi I then stated I have little kids and wasn’t able to do that I needed WiFi in my room then Starbucks was suppose to open at 7 Am it didn’t open into 9 something and when I got coffee it didn’t taste good at all. I never had an issue with this resort but this experience this time was horrible.

We are currently here now. First of we are here due to the intense flooding at my sister's house due to most recent hurricane Idalia. Check in was a nightmare. Be prepared to wait over an hour even with reservations. Then we finally got to the 1st room Building 5002 room 234B 3rd floor. (Mind you it's not even in the same parking lot as check in. ) We got there late. Upon arrival we were Immediately greeted with an overwhelming smell of mold or mildew. We were supposed to be neighbors with my sister and her family, however we had to he moved. Day 2: The horrible timeshare experience. I would not recommend attending. It's way longer than they say. They tried serving us some sandwiches suit for a dog. 1.5 hours later they are required to show us a timeshare they would be offering in the package. After repeatedly telling the sales guy we would never buy on a impulse if even interested. After viewing the place on the 5th floor, my husband ask the guy if he can show him a room? (The 1st room we placed it, with the mold.) The guy basically laughed and said that only rooms on the 5th floor were nice. What a joke for real. Now it was 11:30 pm and while giving my daughter a bath the power goes out. It's 8:30 am and the power is still off. They offered to move us yet again, but that was at 3:00am by then I was asleep, along with my daughter. Plus we would have had to pack up with no lights. What a nightmare from start to finish. No way to charge our phones or ipad! The elevator paperwork is also expired.

Buildings were unattended, rooms were being opened while we were eating breakfast and out for the day. I was in the pool area and found my door wide open when i got back 5 hours later. People upstairs from us where partying to 6am making loud noise and stomping. Connector door was banging on our door most of the time which i did not like. By far my worst stay here and i was planning on staying here again since its on my favorite list but this property really dissappointed me my last stay probably wont reserve here again!

This place is amazing for kids and to enjoy and relax a day off but my previous trip here i did not like a single bit.

This is the place we left Silver Lake and went to - BIG mistake. Where do I start? - Phones in room not working - recording says "Internet is not connected" - Elevator broken one day - Outside hallway ph not working to call office - We're not left changing towels after the front desk said they were coming - Property mechanics mistakenly barged in our room unannounced My wife and I agree the Capital Vacations properties are NOT a good fit for Booking.

First of all the unit was dated, dirty and bulking carpet, old mixed matched furniture in entire unit. Dining table was scratched up and chairs were rickety. Dusty walls and light fixtures, nothing was new or updated in the unit.

The last 3 days of my stay because we finally got to move from the old dated villa that didn't meet our standard of living.

The villas need to be inspected prior to placing people in the units. If a room has issues don't place another customer in it.

The location is great and close to all of Orlando's attractions and parks. The pools and adventure park is great to have on site.

So I'm one to try and see the bright side of things. I try and understand that people make mistakes and all we can do is try and go with the flow and make the best of a situation. With that said, I'm quite disappointed in the service from your staff and guest relations as well as the property itself. I will start by saying I reserved this room by paying in full almost 2 months ahead of time and when I called a month before our check in date (I literally called every day until our reservation showed in your system) and requested a renovated room with a jacuzzi tub, I was told that only 2 bedroom rooms have jacuzzi tubs and they had given us the BEST 3 bedroom in the resort and it had a great view of pool (which the view was not a request we had, nor the BEST room, just a jacuzzi) We checked in Sun, Aug 30th. We got here about 3:45pm knowing we were a little early and hoping we could check in that 15min early. Not only could we not check it at 3:45pm (which we understood) but our room wasn't to be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. If we checked out an hour to an hour and a half late, you'd charge us for another day, but I guess you don't have to adhere to your own policies of being able to check in at 4pm. Per booking.com and your personal site you advertise the adventure park as part of the hotel experience making it seem included, only to find out its not at check in. Being up front and honest may have changed our hotel choice decision making. Then we go to use the elevator which scared the crap out of my 9 year olds as it banged around (you can feel it shake and bang around pretty hard) and we look at the certificate only to see it's safety certificate has expired by a year, not a couple days or weeks, A YEAR!!!!! So my MIL who is almost 70 and has bad knees had to take the stairs every day for 9 days bc even she wouldn't take the elevator that literally felt like you could fall at any point.
