The locks on the door. I felt and extra privacy latch would have helped.

At 1st the guy at the front desk was a bit gruff, but he got a bit better as I checked in.

Very clean and spacious! Super friendly staff and excellent amenities for the area - picnic area, bike repair station, ice, car cleaning supplies available. Very thoughtful about guests needs.

The A/C unit didn’t cool the room. It just created a drafty room by forcing the same air around the room. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to open the windows which would have worked much better during the cool night.

We like the laminate floors. It looked like the room was recently remodeled. Everything was clean which is most important to us.

Mini fridge didn't work. Parking is tough with a trailer - get there early to park trailer while lot is pretty empty.

AC is great - really cold. Beds and pillows comfy. Lots of towels. Very clean. Walking distance to most of downtown.

Very basic. Same price as our motel near Bryce Canyon which had free buffet breakfast, pool and gym.

The location is good. Near a local diner. Not far from the Arches National Park.

To get to the dog park I had to walk along a dirt path behind the building or 3 blocks the other way. I wish there was a place to take the dogs on the hotel property.

Easy to find and close to the dog park. I liked the lights on at night outside.

Some of the time there was a virtual agent at the front desk, which had system issues while we were trying to use it.

It was centrally located in Moab, near city walking and bicycling trails, which connected to longer trails.

As a solo travel that just needed a bed and a shower for a quick stay it was fine. The mattress was an older spring mattress that wasn’t very comfortable. Room was pretty small if you’re taking your family.

Not the hotel's fault, but the power company was working on upgrading the power on the main street, so when we arrived, the gentleman explained this and told us there might be a chance of the power being shut off from 11pm until 4 am which means the air would not have worked during summer season but again not the hotels fault fortunately they did not shut it off the night we stayed.

The room had an outside door, and the car was right by the room . Only about 5 miles to Arches. Quiet spot had a river behind the hotel. Convenient to main street and resturants.

Personally, I prefer the personal touch, so having a real receptionist would be better, though I understand why this function has been contracted out to someone remote.

Location is the best thing about this motel, very close to downtown Moab, yet far enough of the main street to be quiet.

The check in was weird because it's done with a computer kiosk. But it went smoothly. There also just weren't enough outlets in the room for charging all our electronics.

Really comfortable bed. It's in a fantastic location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean which is really saying something because there's so much dust in the air in Moab. We really liked that they had facilities to wash our bicycles. Good water pressure and really hot shower!
