    Room had no hot water, so had to switch rooms at 10pm. Then we got to new room and TV didn't work, so had to call desk again and have someone come up. In our second booking we were put in a room with a shower that would not stay on and hot water would go in and out, no temp control - went from very hot to very cold repeatedly.

    Good location. Facilities were clean.

    After traveling for hours with kids and hoping to be able to get in our hotel, we tried to check in at 3 and our room wasn’t ready so we then had to wait another hour in the car with antsy kiddos! The pool was also not heated so it wasn’t enjoyable. They told us breakfast ended up 10, but it actually ended at 930 so when we went down at 930 they were upset.

    It was nice and clean, the hotel had water bottle refill stations which were also nice, it’s also in a good location.

    Some of the staff especially in the night shift was very unprofessional. None of the FOB keys worked in the side entrance or the gym or pool.

    Overall it was an excellent stay - I just wish you couldn’t hear as much from adjoining rooms and from the hallway.

    The walls are very thin - I was woken up by other guests in the hallways as well as cleaning staff that I could hear working on rooms near me.

    I love the amenities that this hotel offers - always clean. I do wish they would offer a bit more for the breakfast they offer - but it is “free” so can’t complain too much.

    When we arrived they did not have any room available because they overbooked. I requested two rooms with two beds close to each other and we did not get any of that. Both rooms were end units and for special needs.

    The location at one Loudoun is the best part. The rooms are always clean.

    Rooms are super small! You feel like you are in a well decorated cell. Walls are paper thin you hear every door shut on your floor, downstrains and upstiaisr. They serve very poor breakfast with limited options with cheapest brands possible.

    They could do a better job of doing maintenance. For example our A/C was super noisy so we kept it turned off but the blankets were not warm enough to keep us warm. The bike in the gym was out of service and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. The breakfast was also just meh and could include more healthy food items.

    It's a newly build and modern hotel with thoughtful design choices. The location is also good and withing walking distance of One Loudoun downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lobby had good amenities and was nice to hang out in.

    The breakfast did not have very many options. The pancake machine wasn’t really working. The breads were not re stocked. The bagel slicer was very dull. Eggs one day had cheese and was the only option. The food was not very warm either.My room was a disability room and the shower flooded all the time. It would also shut off on my abruptly. It was not cool.

    Breakfast was disappointing. Very average. For a hotel that caters to Gen Z and the environment in their philosophy and decor- get a push button expressio/cappuccino machine for the lobby/breakfast area and do away with all the plastic half and half cream and butter packets. Also start breakfast at 6:00 instead if 7:00. Also let your customers know during checking there is no housekeeping service unless requested.

    Location was fabulous- close to shops and restaurants.

    When we arrived we were headed to a family function and the hotels power was out - so check in was slower than normal and we couldn’t use things like the hair dryer. The AC was labouring to begin with and when the power went out again in the morning the room got stuffy - and windows don’t open.

    It’s a good family hotel. Minimal but functional amenities.

    Keys took 3 visits to reception before we were able to access our room, and someone had to come up with a master key & get us new keys. On the second evening (Saturday), the toilet would not flush. It could not be fixed as there was no maintenance staff. (?) Mason, the wonderful person at the reception desk, offered us a new room. But the thought of having our teenage daughter pack up and move the two weeks worth of items she had unpacked around our room - plus my things, and my husband’s things - we could not do it. Mason felt terrible, he was able to find a plunger and kindly insisted he try to fix our toilet himself. It didn’t work, but we greatly appreciated his efforts.

    Location was exceptional. lobby lounge area, outdoor patio area also exceptional. And your staff was excellent.

    Manager fragmented the booking! Despite daily reminder on our check-out day, my family stuff were moved out of the room in total error on the part of the hotel Manager. We lost valuables ( new phone accessories, SIM card, receipts, meal). Regimented breakfast.

    it was hard to get ahold of the staff sometimes when we called down. the comforter was paper thin and the pillows were way too soft, you felt like your head was directly on the mattress.

    I was bothered multiple times by staff saying that someone had complained I was being too loud when in fact all I did was get into bed and go to the bathroom at night before sleeping. It was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary.

    It took about 30 minutes to find our reservation. We asked if we could extend our stay one extra day. We were told to check the desk the next day. The next day. We were never told that you had to request room service to clean the room and freshen the linens. I was able to get some clean towels. Checked in with the front desk on our request for an extended day. They could not find the original reservation again. Finally found it and stated that there should be no problem with the extended stay request as there will be rooms available. Again told to check in with front desk the next morning. Now, this is Sunday morning, I checked in with the front desk only to be told that no rooms were available. I asked to speak to the manager. Front desk person told me that she just spoke to the manager and request was denied. I asked front desk to call the manager, which she did, no answer. I was told we would have to check out that very day, destroying our plans for the day. No apology for the miss communication, inconvenience, or in general. Seemed as though management was trying to avoid me and the issue at hand. I have stayed in many Hilton properties in my time and this has to be the worse experience I ihave ever had at a Hilton or any other hotel.

    The breakfast was about the only thing that was good here.
