Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesHate the new soap dispensers in the bathroom. It's difficult to get soap out of them. It was a little difficult to manage the heat. The room tended to be too warm, so had to turn on the air conditioner to bring the temperature down to a comfortable level.
Staff is very friendly and customer-focused. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is nice.

United StatesTwo dogs in two different rooms barking uncontrollably in the early morning. But the front desk employee took immediate action to solve that when I told her it was happening. That being said, as a dog owner who travels with my dogs, I always appreciate a pet-friendly hotel. Very nice gym as well!
I liked everything about the property. The decor and overall vibe was stylish and fun. Most importantly, it was clean, everywhere. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, responsive, respectful and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very pleasant and even included a doggy bag, which contained a nice metal dog bowl, treats, and dog waste bags. The facility is extremely clean, and the entire building is pet friendly. They had a decent spread for breakfast to include hot food.
