Poorly trained staff, specifically reception evening staff. A constant flow of food delivery persons are sent from reception to rooms without any verification, which violates security procedures

I don’t like that I had to buy the hotel staff food in order to secure my room. I booked two nights, but different bookings. I called the hotel the night before to make sure I wouldn’t have to check out to go to a new room and was told it would be okay and they would change it up in the system but to go down and check out and basically recheck back in before 11. So I go down and the lady at the front desk was the most rude person I’ve ever met at any hotel. She proceeds to tell me I don’t even have a booking, even though I showed her my confirmation number and everything else, and also told me I’d have to pack all my stuff up and leave and come back up at 3 to check in cause I couldn’t keep the same room. Then she proceeds to tell me what to buy her for lunch so I don’t have to leave my room. Considering I was at a crunch for time I had to get the lady food delivered to the hotel, and was magically able to keep my room. She was rude to not only me but every customer who come in line behind me as well. I also didn’t like the tv, I barely had any channels that actually worked, and the app to connect to my phone would not work at all.

I liked the location was away from everything, but close enough to where everything was still close.

We arrived 15 minutes before check in time and were told we had to wait. I could understand an hour. But 15 minutes? We were told that all the rooms were clean, just not in the system. Odd. 12 minutes later we were able to check in. Different staff. Shift change must have happened. Upon arrival one elevator was out of order. The next morning, all elevators were out of order. I'm thankful that I'm in good shape and didn't have a lot of lugguge.

The breakfast was good. Quite a few choices, including fruit. I like the drink station. I wish there was some herbal tea choices. The 2nd person checking us in was extremely polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom very clean. The sheets and towels were soft. Easy access to stores and restaurants.

Cleaning staff knocked on the door at 8am on a Sunday because we did not put up so not disturb sign. I think they could at least wait until 10am on the weekend.

Two elevators and one was broken, no coffee makers in the room

It was very nice, didn't feel like a cheap stay. Star from the front desk during our check in was so nice and extremely sweet. I'd go back to this location just based on her phenomenal customer service and naturally kind personality.

After making my reservation thru booking upon my arrival at the hotel my reservation did not show up. I had to wait more than an hour until my reservation appeared.

I did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the rooms and had to walk down to the lobby to warm food. They need to place microwaves in the tooms at Tru by Hilton. This was the only part of the hotel I was NOT pleased with. This is an inconveince to anyone staying here.

I loved the location and friendly service at the front desk. The room was Beautiful and spacious. When walking into the hotel it feels like a breath of fresh air that and a great representation of the City of Euless. I love how they have Tru by Hilton separated from Home 2 and the 2 names/hotels coming together. Myself and my family will definetely by visiting again.
