The staff were extremely nice, including the housekeeping staff that asked how our stay was and thanked us for choosing them for us to stay at for our vacation. I asked for one of their bigger rooms at check in and they accommodated us for a bigger room that was available and the side of the hotel with the swimming pool so we wouldn’t hear the traffic as much. It was nice seeing guest using all the accommodation from the pool tables, computer area, games provided, etc. there was only one thing that I disliked and that was when housekeeping came in they didn’t sweep from us eating in the room so there were crumbs all over the floor. The hospitality of the staff made up for the floor not being swept and I will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

I THINK THE FIFTY DOLLAR CHARGE FOR ONE NIGHT PET CHARGE WAS EXCESSIVE. IT WILL KEEP ME FROM STAYING THERE IN THE FUTURE.

The rooms are a little small and there are no dressers or drawers to put things in. Just a counter and a lot of hooks to hang things on.

The staff was great. The pool table and games in the entry were alot of fun. The breakfast was delicious.

There were WAY too many children at the hotel as it seems they were in town for a baseball or soccer game. They were all over the lobby, we couldn't use the pool or hot tub as they were in there till late (10 or 11), and then were running up and down the halls.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean.

After many airline delays, we arrived extremely late to the property. But, it was not a problem. We appreciated that the front desk staff welcomed us and took great care to get us checked in quickly and efficiently. They were so friendly and welcoming! And, the breakfast was wonderful, too!

You could hear the freeway on the front side rooms. The breakfast area was a little unclear since things were spread out around the lobby next to items for purchase. Also breakfast items were not restocked. Most items were gone.

The micro refrigerator is nice but if it had a freezer part would have been nice to refreeze the blue ice. Otherwise, no hard complaints.

Very clean hotel inside and out on the premises. Friendly staff and greeted upon entry and Thanked on departure. A very nice gesture of offering water on departure. Breakfast was adequate for a great start of the day; delicious sausage and the pancake maker was amazing. A very friendly kitchen staff and helpful! Room was spacious for just 2 and an amazing bathroom. Ample toiletries, too! Very clean room with ample outlets, especially when a CPAP unit is a health requirement. The lobby market is a super touch and with ample coffee refreshments for a tired traveler. Didn't use the games but that's awesome for family activities.
