Crystal checked us in and made us feel so welcome. She also waited on us for dinner and a cocktail. Excellent staff member. The driver that took me to the airport (I can't remember his name) was so helpful and enjoyable to talk with.

Pretty much everything beginning with the airport shuttle responding quickly to our request to be picked up, followed by a very sharp, professional and friendly front desk manager who made check in easy—a nice way to end a long day of travel. The suite was large, clean, quiet and the room temperature was perfect. We had a very early flight in the morning, but we slept really well in a very comfortable bed and were able to have a six am full breakfast before being picked up by the shuttle that delivered us to the airport at seven, plenty of time to check in, go through security and have plenty of time to get to our gate. All in all, it was an excellent experience.

Did not charge the advertised price. Charged for a purchase that I did not make. Bed was hard. Nousey but is at airport but the noise was not from outside but the hall area.

Everything was Great!

The staff was remarkable! I came here alone to relax and enjoy my birthday. Nancy, Chavette and Nadine all worked this evening. We had great convos and I loved the dinner I ordered. The firepit on the patio was also a warm and welcoming feature. I wasn’t traveling however if you are this hotel is right on DFW International territory.

The only thing I did not like is that I could not stay longer.

The breakfast was a true delight! Everything you could ask for! So nicely presented…I hated to leave after just one night…the rooms were amazing, great beds, so quiet even though you are next to a busy airport. …the staff is more than well-trained….they are working from the heart. Each person is addressed as they get close to the desk. There is no way someone could feel ignored. It’s like a big family. I loved it. I cannot wait to have an excuse to come to the DFW again and need a room near the airport!

It seemed like every dish we picked at the breakfast bar was dirty...I'm not that picky of a person, I will accept the occasional dried but of whatever on a plate, but every plate I picked up was either oily, or had food on it.

The staff were friendly and helpful particularly Benny. The room was nice and comfortable. The airport shuttle was great!!

I had a difficult trip and I realized at the hotel that I forgot my suitcase at the airport. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. They even offered me to drive me to the airport to find it. I was so comforted by them! Amazing staff!
