There is mold on the shower walls. I tried to scrub it off with a scrub brush that we had but I didn’t have enough cleaning supplies to get it all. When they say the bed is creaky they ain’t lying. Like the 1800s creaking bed. Very small T.V.’s in the bedrooms, I needed a set of binoculars to watch the one in our room. Do not open the bedroom doors to go outside! It’s a booby trap! The rails are not that steady. Mold around the doors. The pillow in the first room needs to be thrown away like yesterday. I thought about trying to bleach it then I read the rules on the fridge about “professional pillow cleaning”. I think they forgot the bloody one everyone has posted on here. Do they read these? Next time we stay I will bring bleach, a bed topper (I really have one!), my own pillows, and some glasses to see the tv! Oh! Also, if you are going this week it says the stairs are closed because they are painting. Safety hazard right there. I was planning on using them anyway if there was fire.

I like that it was enough space for my family. Over all it’s not that bad. I would stay again with the things listed below. It’s better than any of the hotel/motels around the town.

Linen closet was disorganized, wasn't sure if any extra pillows were clean because of this.

Condo appeared very clean and professionally prepared. Beds were pretty comfy and the view was gorgeous!

Very bad sleep. The king bed was very creaky ,uncomfortable, making noise even if you move only a leg. Turning from left to right, I feel like all the neighbours could hear you. It was clean but very noisy and uncomfortable.

The property is specious , clean and nice. There is almost everything you may need for four days in the kitchen. Looks nice, well decorated and comfortable.

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom shower and the doors had black gunk on it and the tvs in the bedrooms were very small and didn’t change channels.

I loved how close the property was to everything in pigeon forge. The room was very spacious, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need during your stay.

If you have high expectations dont stay here! We live completely off grid on a homestead, we came here for a short little get away for just a few days of modern living a break from chorse and working life for my daughters birthday. This place was fine, but we can overlook imperfections for a good price. But man do they need some help here. I am an electrician handyman by trade and I had to overlook a lot. You need to hire a handyman bad and a better house keeper. You need tlc in this unit extremely bad! I would reevaluate the cleaning service because they are not cleaning, they are just changing the bed sheets and that is about it. The closet had dirty looking pillows and blankets with stains and hair on them. Nothing looks like it had been dusted in 10 years and the bathroom mirrors were not clean. The master bathroom needs major renovation. It's very moldy on the shower doors and the shower head, all you need is a new door and shower head for a quick fix. The jet tub blew out black gunk, it was disgusting. You really should tear all that out and put in a whole new walk in shower and be done with it. The sinks in the bathrooms clogged up just by washing your hands, again an easy fix for a handyman. The seals on the doors going to the balcony need to be replaced they are just hanging out on the bottom. It looks like they replaced the ceiling fan in the living room but didn't bother to paint the ceiling where the old one use to hang so there is a yellow ring around it. Now the absolute WORST PART ...THE BED!!! If you do nothing else REPLACE THE MASTER BED!!!! It felt like it was someone's used matress from 1988, it squeeked with every move made, even a finger or a toe moving would make that bed sqeek. It was so uncomfortable and aweful I would not stay here again unless the bed was replaced. I know yall can afford to replace this mattress so DO IT!!

The mattresses could've been better, but they weren't terrible. The pillow in the closet of our granddaughter's room looked like it had a bloodstain on it.

Quiet, comfortable and clean! We loved the pool and hot tub! Nice walking trail with swings on the property! Nice basketball court and playground area! We loved it!

There was dust on most of the furniture, the mirror in the bathroom still had toothbrush splashes on it. In the master bedroom the bed squeaks soo bad we couldn’t even move a leg. There was still some belongings left behind from the previous guest.

1. The room wasn't cleaned at all. 2. The bathrooms were filthy. Still had poop in it in the first bedroom. 3. The comodo's hadn't been clean on the inside or around them. Black around the inside and black hair all around the outside. NOT SWEPT 4. The carpets were badly stained. Looked like a dog had peed on them 5. The window shades hadn't been clean in a while. 6. Went into the kitchen and we kept looking and open the dishwasher and it smelled like something had crawled into it but it was the dishes inside of it. The dishwasher wasn't washing the dishes. 7. Went to cook and were the other people had cooked they didn't wash the pots, pans, lid . Still had the spaghetti sauce and dried noodles in them. Flat pans for the bread hadn't been washed. 8.I had to wash and clean this place up!! 9. I have been coming to Pigeon Forge for a long time and I have NEVER have had a Problem with my condo's, motels are cabins. 10. I am 62 years old and this was a Waste of my time and money. 11. For me to have time to relax after my Cancer I would have been better off staying at home and I wouldn't have had to clean the NASTY PLACE. 12. NEVER AGAIN. 13. I RATE THIS PLACE ON THE INSIDE A 1. 14. Outside was great for my granddaughter.
